This is a long-established, authentic Luoyang restaurant! It's a popular spot for locals and university students. The portions are huge, and the prices are reasonable, around 30 RMB per person. It's a great place for a larger group so you can order more dishes! The Eight-Treasure Roasted Pumpkin needs to be ordered in advance as it takes a while to roast – it's incredibly delicious, with sweet and chewy eight-treasure rice inside. The Cumin Lamb Roll is also a great option, filled with freshly stir-fried cumin lamb and sprinkles – a very generous portion! The Fish Head Stew with Flatbread is also a large and delicious dish! The flatbread soaked up the broth perfectly 😋 The eggplant 🍆 was crispy and delicious. The restaurant also has self-service snacks and fruits 🍉. ✅ Highly recommend their Peony Swallow Dish – it's truly excellent! The Luobing roll with shredded pork in sweet bean sauce is also very tasty, and the cumin lamb roll with Luobing is definitely worth trying! Finally, I must praise their giant fish head – it's absolutely amazing! 🎆 Ambiance: The ambiance is also very nice. You can dine on both the first and second floors. The first floor mainly has small booths, while the second floor mainly has private rooms and large round tables, making it more suitable for family gatherings! ❤️ Service: The service is very warm and welcoming. The waitresses were all very welcoming, and the free tea, fruit, and snacks were served promptly! ✳️Value for money: I personally feel the value for money is quite good, because it's very affordable, so we often eat there! We also stayed at a hidden gem hotel in Luoyang – Yuebo Hotel (Yingtianmen Luoyi Ancient City Branch). It's very close to various scenic spots, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the stay was very comfortable. The staff were polite, enthusiastic, and had excellent service. The hotel also has a free laundry room and parking with plenty of spaces.
