LeTao: MUST buy souvenir

LeTao is most well known for their delicious double fromage cheesecake. There are two distinct layers: cheesecake mousse on top of baked cheesecake. Ingredients include fresh cream from Hokkaido's finest unpasteurized milk, cream cheese and rich mascarpone cheese. Once set, the entire cake is dusted with sponge cake crumbs. The silky smooth texture of the cheesecake makes it a hit among locals and tourists. While they have other flavours like chocolate and strawberry, I recommend trying the original!
