Otaru in early autumn

Most people will do a day-trip to Otaru from Sapporo. However, I chose to stay one night at Otaru, Hokkaido. Managed to catch the night views of the famous Otaru canal as well as the early morning views while avoiding the crowd. The shops in Otaru normally open at around 10am and close pretty early by 5-6pm. Very scenic and nice to walk around on foot around the canal area and shops.
