"2nd time stay at this hotel and as always, it has clean & spacious room, just in the middle of Nanjing Lu Pedestrian Street so many shops, eatery & malls just outside the hotel. It has free washing machine & dryer to use. Easy to find many kinds of food around the hotel, mini supermarket just beside the hotel, friendly staffs and comfortable beds. Need to note that this hotel might has some few stairs to reach some rooms, so for elderly, make sure to inform them and request rooms to reach without stairs. Overall, a good and recommended hotel to stay in Shanghai."

"This hotel is truly an absolute gem. The staff were beyond accommodating, incredibly helpful, and genuinely some of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. A special shout-out to the three ladies who assisted me, they were honestly the bestest, going above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me. I absolutely loved the hotel ambience, the amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect. Every detail made my stay so enjoyable and memorable. "Hotel located at very strategic location, less than 5 minutes walk to Metro Station and around 8 minutes walk to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Hotel receptionist Lily was efficient and friendly during our check in and provided us some small gift during check out, which makes our experience comfortable and nice. Hotel also helped us to collect our parcels making it very convenient to shop online. Our room was spacious and relatively cheap compared to hotel at this location considering it is Shanghai and near many famous location. They also have free gym and self laundry services. However there were a few points that could be improved. For hotel of 12 floors, only 1 lift that was functioning and the other lift was out of service throughout our stay, making sometimes waiting for lift over 5 minutes. The soundproofing of the hotel was also not very good. For the room we gotten, we can hear people walking past our room early in the morning and late at night (midnight) and people doing renovation or repair as early as 9am. Overall it was a pleasant experience and highly recommended."

"What a trendy and clean hotel. Reception and restaurant staff are helpful and friendly. A very welcoming atmosphere. They provided light refreshment, free souvenirs and fresh rosemary even when we arrived at 3am. We were hungry and the sweet reception helped us to order and send it via the hotels robot. The pick up from airport is punctual. Kudos to this hotel. Will stay again next time."

"This hotel is my granddaughter's favorite; we stay here for a few days every year. The environment is elegant, and the hygiene is excellent 👌. Breakfast is abundant and delicious, with fresh and safe food. We also had dinner at the hotel, which was very tasty and delightful. The surrounding facilities are complete, and it's very close to Yu Garden and the Bund, making transportation incredibly convenient. This time, we also participated in the hotel's 'Flower Time' activity, which was very interesting and educational. My child had a blast, and the staff were warm, thoughtful, patient, and meticulous. Any requests we had were met with help, and we are very grateful 🙏."

They gently inquired about my travel time and flight number, informed me about the free airport transfer service, and even detailed the vehicle model, waiting location, and contact number. They thoughtfully advised me to communicate with them if my flight was delayed. Upon arrival at Pudong Airport, the driver, with a kind smile, took my luggage. He engaged in conversation throughout the journey but never intruded. The car was clean and odor-free, and bottled water was provided, showing great attention to detail. During my stay, every staff member, from the lobby reception to housekeeping, was warm and attentive. When checking in, the front desk staff patiently explained the hotel facilities and recommended nearby attractions, and even proactively upgraded me to a room with a better view. When passing in the hallway, the cleaning staff would greet me with a smile and make way. One evening, I called the front desk to ask about late-night supper options. Although the hotel does offer late-night supper, it ends at 11 PM, and I had missed it. The staff then thoughtfully recommended several reputable local eateries. What impressed me most was that whenever I needed assistance, the staff responded immediately, always speaking in a gentle and polite tone, without any perfunctory attitude. That kind of genuine service truly made me feel warm. The hotel's facilities were also excellent. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a high-quality sleep. The breakfast was varied, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. But the core advantage is still the service – the proactive Pudong Airport transfer service saved me the hassle of transfers, making the beginning of my trip exceptionally smooth without any coordination effort needed. The ubiquitous thoughtful service filled my entire stay with a sense of happiness. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice. "Choosing this Bund hotel was the best decision I made on my trip to Shanghai. Its location is absolutely prime, right near the Bund. It's a mere 15-minute walk to the Bund, and as soon as you open the curtains, you're greeted by stunning views of the Huangpu River and the Oriental Pearl Tower, especially beautiful at night. The hotel lobby boasts exquisite decor, and the guest rooms are spacious and airy. There's even a bathtub, and it's so relaxing to sit by the window and take in the Oriental Pearl Tower's night view. The service was simply impeccable! From the moment I stepped out of the car, the concierge proactively helped with my luggage. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and the concierge even assisted with bringing my luggage to the room, patiently explaining hotel facilities and nearby attractions. The entire team was professional and thoughtful, never overly enthusiastic but certainly not perfunctory. The hotel staff, especially one person, helped me a lot, solving every issue I had. My stay was truly excellent. On departure, they even granted a late check-out and brought my luggage from the room directly to my car. Their service, from arrival to departure, was flawless, and any issues were promptly addressed. Fantastic! Fantastic! Fantastic! The hotel's transportation links are also super convenient. It's within walking distance to the metro station, making it easy to get to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and Yu Garden. There's also a宁波 Road nearby, and the hotel staff recommended some fantastic restaurants there. Whether it's the facilities, service, or views, this hotel truly sets the standard for Bund hotels. It's already on my must-stay list for my next Shanghai visit. Even though I rarely leave reviews, I really felt compelled to share my experience.
