"Facilities: All the facilities are brand new, giving off a unique, exotic vibe as soon as you step in. They have everything you need, including a bathtub liner, bath salts, disposable towels, and even eye masks. Excellent. Cleanliness: Very clean, absolutely spotless and brand new. Environment: The environment is great, and the rooms are very spacious, definitely not cramped and small like business hotels. Overall, highly recommended. I'll choose this place every time I fly from Pudong Airport. Service: The service is excellent. They offer timely and hassle-free airport drop-off service. I've stayed here multiple times. It's very quiet, with great soundproofing. Highly recommended for both business travelers and families."

"- Top location: can walk to metro and to Nanjing Road, the Bund, etc. Surrounded by good restaurants and shops. - Nice reception desk: Lovely reception desk. Gave me a local restaurant rec and tried to assign rooms based on my preference (travelling with family). - Overall okay room: + comfy bed with two types of pillows, blanket is good too + relatively spacious room for solo traveler, given the central location + rooms get cleaned everyday with fresh towels + laundry and dryer are a plus! + tiny gyms for the gym rats - can be noisy during the daytime from traffic, even from the top floor; but nighttime gets quiet so I still get good sleep :) - note: I booked a room type with a window to get a view, but the window faces windows of an opposite building directly and they have people there at day and night, so I can’t really get sunlight or any view, which is a shame. I think for rooms on this side they should get a different note from other room with “city view” Overall: Good for those who want a base to explore the city and a place for a safe sleep and convenient traveler’s amenities. Less so if you want to luxuriate in the hotel."

"I had a wonderful stay in a family room for three guests. The service was outstanding, especially when I needed assistance with receiving online shopping deliveries—the hotel staff managed everything efficiently, and all items were safely kept and delivered without any issues. Housekeeping was excellent, with daily cleaning, fresh towels, and amenities consistently replenished. The location is superb, within easy walking distance to the main pedestrian street, and there is also a lovely café right across from the hotel. Overall, a very comfortable and impressive stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai."

"Hotel is old and needs to be renovated . Some ceiling tiles at the restaurant at level 1 have peeled off . The hotel also needs a coat of paint . Having said that the view from room of the Suzhou River is very beautiful . The room was slightly dusty and may have dust mites on bed and covers as I felt my body itch and my hubby was sneezing . We had to remind the housekeeper to wipe down the room and especially the furniture . Had to be reminded to give more amnesties like vanity kit, shower cap and also to fill up the hair conditioner. I’m not sure why the hotel needs to ration such basic amenities . Even though there are many foreign guests in this hotel but to my surprise, the staff could hardly speak English . The breakfast is good especially the won ton soup but works be better if it’s packaged together with the room at a better price . In my opinion, for a quite a run down hotel, it’s pricey although the location is good ."

"The location is fantastic, right on Nanjing Road, making it super easy to catch a taxi right outside and perfect for shopping. Our room was in a separate area, which was wonderfully quiet and ensured a good night's sleep. You do have to walk up a short flight of stairs, but the customer service was excellent; they proactively helped us with our luggage. The bed was really comfortable, adjustable, and even had a massage function. The complimentary drinks in the room were a thoughtful touch too."

"I wonder if all kids are like this – they might happily embrace all the eating, drinking, and playing during a trip, but they always show immense enthusiasm for 'staying in a hotel.' This time, to celebrate our child's special birthday, we compared many options, especially considering value for money, and finally chose 'Yunhe Yepo Pudong Airport Store.' This stay turned out to be a wonderful memory. The day before check-in, a hotel staff member proactively called to confirm the reservation and added us on WeChat. They were incredibly meticulous, inquiring about everything from our itinerary to our specific check-in needs. Honestly, I've stayed in many hotels, big and small, and this was the first time I encountered such thoughtful service. What surprised us even more was that when the hotel learned it was our little one's birthday, they secretly prepared a birthday cake, meticulously decorated the room, and even gave her cute little dolls. This sudden surprise made our daughter's princess dream perfectly come true on her birthday. She happily bounced and jumped around the room in her princess dress, and that pure joy was our biggest reward from this trip. We were very relaxed on this trip, not rushing to tick off Disney attractions, but rather going to enjoy this 'wonderful' experience. Since we had backpacks, we also rented a double stroller from the hotel, which was convenient and saved us effort. There was a deposit for the rental, which was refunded when we returned the stroller – a clear process. We bought some snacks in advance, like sausages, biscuits, pork jerky... anything the child liked and that was easy to carry (of course, durian, instant noodles, and self-heating foods are not allowed). Perhaps there weren't many people in the park that day, so even playing casually, we still got to experience attractions like rafting, paddle boats, Soaring Over the Horizon, and climbing, which was very rewarding. In the evening, the fireworks show arrived as scheduled. The brilliant fireworks bloomed in the night sky, very exquisite and perfect. Our daughter watched intently, her face beaming with a happy smile. After the fireworks, the hotel shuttle bus was waiting promptly at the designated spot to take us back. Upon returning to the hotel, complimentary supper and foot-soaking buckets were already prepared, and the day's fatigue instantly melted away. The children were very satisfied with this hotel experience and had a particularly happy stay. Yunhe Yepo Hotel not only provided us with comfortable accommodation but also added a significant touch to our daughter's birthday with its attentive service. Next time we come to Shanghai, we will definitely choose to stay here again!"

"What I loved most about my stay at this hotel was its fantastic location – super convenient for getting around and shopping! It's just a 300-meter walk from Nanjing East Road Metro Station; you literally turn a corner after exiting the subway and you're there. No unnecessary detours, which made exploring Shanghai by metro and carrying luggage a breeze. It's right next to the MixC World on Suzhou Creek, only a few minutes' walk away. You can find dining, shopping, and entertainment all in one place. In the evenings, you can even stroll along Suzhou Creek and soak in the riverside charm of this vibrant city. Getting to People's Square was also incredibly easy, thanks to its proximity and good road conditions. Whether walking or taking a short ride, you get there quickly. Reaching popular spots like Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and The Bund was equally smooth, perfectly suiting all our travel needs. The front desk service was definitely a bonus. The staff were warm, attentive, and efficient during check-in. They patiently answered all our questions, providing detailed and thoughtful service that made us feel very comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent stay. The prime location coupled with top-notch service makes this hotel a perfect choice for both tourism and business trips to Shanghai. The value for money is outstanding, and I highly recommend it!"

"Overall, it's a pretty good and unique hotel. You can watch any movie you want with the included streaming service, and the projector is excellent. The location is super convenient – great value for money! You can reach various public transport options like the subway and bus within 300 meters. There aren't many dining options right nearby, but it's not far from the commercial district and city attractions. The only downside is that the noise from the downstairs restaurant/bar and street traffic at night might be a bit disruptive for light sleepers, but the hotel provides all necessary amenities, which is a big plus."

"I had a really great stay at the Shanghai Bund Riverside Treasury Hotel. The location was honestly one of my favorite parts it’s super convenient and close to the Bund, so getting around and exploring the city was really easy. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I loved the overall design it felt stylish but still cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day out. Everything was well maintained, and the little details made a difference. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which always makes a stay feel more welcoming. They were quick to assist whenever I needed anything. If I had to mention anything, it would be that the soundproofing could be a bit better, but it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable, well located, and modern in Shanghai. I’d happily stay here again ✨"
