The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. Finally, on Saturday night there is regularly a musical evening, there was techno evening up to 3 a.m. and it is heard everywhere in the hotel, even when you have a room on the other side of the party .... There are certainly better price quality ratios The area is in the old town of Casco Viejo and is a spectacular area for the lives of the Panama people.

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights in December and we booked our rooms using booking.com. As a travel agent I know that direct bookings are always better but the rate found on booking.com was much better. When we got there, the reception staff (Clarence I believe his name was) did not want to honor our room, stating that even though there was no way our room description said ”bay view” because those rooms arent offered on booking. com so I pulled up my reservation and showed him exactly what the description of the room we paid for was, a Sea view. He was very argumentative and his lack of professionalism was even noticeable on the way he dressed. I really didnt even think he was the receptionist, I though he was maybe doing some repair or something behind the desk. After a few minutes back and forth, we finally got our sea view room which to my surprise it was very clean and spacious. The decor was nice and modern, it looks like they invested money on updating the rooms and hallways but the hotel itself needs a lot of work. This hotel was built in the 60s and it shows! the a/c units look rusty and moldy on the outside, the restaurant decor looks so old and the pool deck, although nice, it could use a little TLC. Overall it was an ok stay, I wouldnt stay there again despite its good location.

1) First 3 nights, pool was closed for renovation. Reception said ”No pool available”. Only this, I thought, the pool was completely closed. On the forth day, I saw, guests were swimming. I asked the reception. ”Yes, you can swim”. Why the reception could not inform us only 3 days closed? 2) No towel after cleaning. Also first 3 nights. I thought that the clean team forgot to leave it, but it was not forgetting, but not ready. Towels were delivered around 19:00 first 3 nights. I called the reception every night and they said ”We inform the responsible staff” and waited for hours. Why reception didn't answer ”Towels will be delivered around 19:00 today” or advised us for delay delivering in advance? Then I didn't have to call the reception every day. Anyway, I had to wait to take shower till 19:00. Outside was 30degrees, and I wanted to take a shower immediately. 3) Weak WIFI. WIFI at Reception was with 96 Mbps, however, room at the door was 14 Mbps and at bed, no signal anymore. At desk also 2 Mbps or no signal. It's impossible to watch streaming like Netflix or web meeting. Also no smart TV. 4) My room card key was invalided every day. I had to go to the reception after back to the hotel (Elevator works with valid room card key). If no guests are at the reception, it takes soon, but one day, big group was there, and I had to wait more than 10min or more. I had a take away food, and it was no more warm when I was back to the room. 5) They asked me an advance payment even flex rate booking. They need cash? 6) No refrigerator in a room.

Had a one night stay recently. For the price, the location wasn't bad at all. It's safe with many restaurants nearby in walking distance. Not too far from the attraction especially Uber is inexpensive in Panama. The staff was excellent. Friendly and attentive. The bed was very comfortable. TV had a good variety. Most hardware in the room is new. Room was quiet. I had a good night rest. Now on to the not so great part - the hotel was fairly new. and the construction is really quite shoddy by US standards. 1. it's a 9 story building but they didn't appear to have built an internal water circuit. so when you turn the shower water on, find something to do - brush your teeth, etc. it'll take a good at least 5 minutes for the water to warm up. once it's warm, the shower was comfortable, but while I was waiting, I debated if I should get dressed and/or call the front desk. 2. the shower doesn't drain well because the marble floor was built too flat. so if you shower for more than 5 minutes, it floods half the main bathroom. there is another draining hole at the corner of the main bathroom but again, the surface was too flat to drain. 3. the shower head does not stay on the handle - completely due to bad workmanship and not allowing enough space. 4. the lobby restroom foam ceiling panel fell on my head as i opened the door. (no one was injured). so for one night it was fine. but i'm not sure if i would want to stay there for multiple nights or with a family. it's a shame because it's a fairly new hotel.

Excellent hotel for business trip, walking or staying for a walk, serves for everything. The room was clean, the restaurant was quite amen and the food was good, there is no huge variety of food, but it really has the necessary

We are traveling 4 adults and 5 children between 11 and 16 years old. We slept our first and last night (February 3 and 9) in this hotel. We arrived Friday February 3 around 10 p.m. When we got there, they didn't have our reservations. Despite the confirmation from Booking as well as a text message that the hotel sent us at 4 p.m. asking us if we were still taking the rooms (we were on the plane so we could not respond to the text message). Since we didn't respond, they gave our room to another person. No desire to help us and speaking only Spanish, the receptionist was frankly stupid. It was midnight and we were without a hotel in Panama City and the receptionist didn't even want to help us find a room in another hotel! So we found ourselves with the children and the suitcases walking around the area to find another hotel!! We still came back the following Thursday for our last night. Very spacious room (2 double beds and 1 queen) but of very questionable cleanliness. Let's just say that the desire to take a shower quickly passed us while looking at her!! There was even a hole facing outward in our wardrobe. In all that, very happy not to have spent the whole week there!! The only positive point is the magnificent view on the roof with the swimming pool! that was wow!!

Breakfast is ok, service attitude is also very good, Panama accommodation is cheaper, this hotel is Hilton after all, there are some. The hotel has a parking space, very convenient.

Temporarily intent to live for one day. The location is nearly 20 kilometers away from the airport. This time, Panama needs to remind everyone that when you check-in, you will be asked why you are going to Panama, and you will be required to show the ticket and the domestic accommodation certificate. At that time, I thought that I needed a yellow book when I bought a ticket on Ctrip. Therefore, I only bought the flight ticket and did not buy the flight ticket from the country. (no one was injured). so for one night it was fine. but i'm not sure if i would want to stay there for multiple nights or with a family. it's a shame because it's a fairly new hotel.

If you want to save money and still be in the city I believe this place is good for the price. It is very clean They have a friday next door. It is very close by from Albrook and Dorado Mall It is very easy to get an uber or taxi. You can even walks to coffee stores and some restaurant.

We spent two nights at The Beach House. Our 3rd-floor room had floor-to-ceiling windows that looked onto the marina and the bay. The views of the Amador and the city were beautiful from both our room and our balcony. It was great having both a fridge and coffee maker in the room since we had to leave before they served breakfast both days we stayed. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. When we stayed there the nature park next door was closed due to covid, and the swimming pool was being maintained. However, when we arrived early due to an overnight flight, they let us check into our room as soon as it was available. We were so grateful! They also kept our luggage for the day after we checked out so that we could go to Tobaga Island before departing on the next part of our journey. I felt like they were very thoughtful and accommodating. This hotel is a great choice.
