I do n’t know how to say it well. When I booked a room, the Ctrip introduction on the hotel was more than 50 square meters, but when I arrived at the hotel, I found that the room was only about 12 square meters. The difference was quite different from the description. There are only two types of rooms in this hotel. One is only about 12 square meters, and the other is more than 90 square meters in two rooms (I went to see it later) ... So I just let it go for 5 days, ha Haha! I will finish the room I reserved. Later, Ctrip paid 80 yuan, but their platform is indeed cheaper than other platforms, and it solves problems quickly and has a good attitude.

To begin with; 1. The location is great 2. Check in was very smooth 3. The facility has the most greenery i have seen Huge props for the complementing the Eco System. 4. My room was very clean 5. The facility has very friendly team. Great job! NOTE: I stayed in room D06 and the WC needs to be checked, it seemed to be faulty.

Hotel apartment, you can do what you want, if there is a coffee shop inside it is even better.

My stay at Executive Residency by Best Western, Nairobi, was exceptional. From the moment I was greeted by the ever smiling and welcoming receptionist to the impeccable service provided by the diligent housekeeping staff, every detail was perfect. The tantalizing meals at the Grove Restaurant were a highlight, and the hotel's serene atmosphere truly made it feel like a home away from home.

Very satisfied with the check-in experience, there was a small problem in the middle, and Ctrip also handled it very well. Every detail of the hotel is handled very well. It is suitable for home travel and business travel. In short, I am very satisfied.

An absolutely thrilling experience there. I stayed for a month, but everyday I was treated like a new client, top notch service and amazing customer reception. I had the eagles view of the city, I can’t get over it. Someone pinch me the get back to reality. I call that my home away from home. I strongly recommend longonot place and apartment for people who are just visiting and want safety, comfort and amazing hospitality. Mary at the reception was also very supportive, even when not on sit she ensures that all complaints and issues by customers are attended. She’s well spoken, great composure even under pressure from client. Please ensure to ask about her whenever you visit.

A Disappointing and Distressing Stay at Meltonia Luxury Apartments...I recently had a 14-day booking at Meltonia Luxury hotel apartments, and it turned out to be a remarkably distressing experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a series of unacceptable issues. The kitchen light was non-functional, and I was advised not to close the bathroom door to avoid getting trapped due to a malfunctioning lock. The towels provided were threadbare and ragged, far from what one would expect in a reputable hotel. The room's condition was deplorable, with large holes in the bathroom tiles and the presence of crawling insects. Despite requesting a room change, I was asked to stay put until another room became available. The overall hygiene and sanitation standards were shockingly poor and completely unacceptable. To exacerbate the situation, there was a complete water outage for two days. This forced us to resort to drawing water from the swimming pool to flush toilets, a clear indication of the lack of basic amenities. The unavailability of water severely impacted our ability to maintain personal hygiene. Adding to the chaos, the hotel staff, including the office, were unreachable for two days as they had apparently taken a holiday during peak season. This left the guests unattended and without any assistance. Even the security guard was unable to provide any meaningful help. Eventually, the intolerable living conditions compelled me to seek accommodation elsewhere, despite having two nights left in my booking. However, my attempt to leave was initially blocked by the security personnel, claiming they couldn't allow guests to leave the premises. After much insistence, the manager was contacted to resolve this issue. I am currently awaiting a refund for the two nights I couldn't stay due to these unbearable conditions. I am sharing my experience to caution others about Meltonia Luxury hotel apartments. The lack of basic amenities, poor hygiene standards, and unresponsive staff made my stay not only uncomfortable but distressing. I strongly advise potential guests to consider other options.
