GGuest UserOur family of four stayed in a family room. The front desk staff were very welcoming and gave toys to our two children, as well as extra toiletries for the kids. Because it was raining in Beijing, we checked in around 2 PM, took a nap, ordered takeout, and then had the hotel's supper in the evening. Breakfast was also good. Whenever I travel, I only choose hotels renovated after 2024. Overall, it was great.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located on Chang'an Avenue, very upscale. The room is spacious, and the decor has a strong Beijing feel, with views of the Forbidden City. It's within walking distance to Tiananmen Square, the National Museum of China, and Wangfujing, making getting around super convenient. There's plenty of complimentary water and drinks, and ordering takeout is also easy. The front desk staff were all very helpful and proactive. I was very satisfied with my 3-night stay.

AAnonymous UserHotel Jen Beijing has an excellent location, with views of the CCTV Tower directly from the room. The only minor inconvenience was a table placed in front of the window, blocking access and slightly obstructing the view. The room's cleanliness was impeccable. The sofa can be converted into a bed, and the housekeeping staff even set it up with a mattress, sheets, and duvet cover, making it feel quite spacious – perfect for families traveling with children. On the third floor, there's a tea and coffee lounge, which executive room guests can access anytime. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the restaurant itself was quite large. The hotel also has direct access to China World Mall and China World Hotel. From China World Mall, you can take the scenic elevator to the sixth-floor platform for an unobstructed view of the CCTV Tower, which also houses a cafe – I imagine it's lovely in the evening.

GGuest UserThe location is great, making it super convenient to get around. It's right by the Dongzhimen transportation hub, and close to Taikoo Li and Raffles City. The only downside is that some rooms are near the airport expressway and can be quite noisy. Other rooms, closer to the Wanguocheng residential area, are much quieter. If you're sensitive to noise, it's best to request a quiet room in advance.

SSiau YongThe hotel upgraded us to apartments in a condominium nearby. The apartments are very spacious, well equipped, secured, and clean. The location is a distance away to the city centre, but with private transport, there's no issue. Nearby the hotel there're some shops, and a row of eateries with local food and local prices. The reception desk staff especially Sunny, Tina and Rebecca are warm, helpful, and responsive. Compliments to their excellent service. The only negative point is the breakfast which is outsourced to an adjacent cafe - the variety should be improved. We took the breakfast only once, and make our own in the apartments for the rest of the stay.
GGuest UserThe hotel service is top-notch, facilities are excellent, and it's spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. A special shout-out to the guest services team who were friendly and efficient, taking care of us attentively throughout our visit. Full marks for the check-in experience, definitely a five-star rating!

GGuest UserTraveling to Beijing for a business trip, I needed a hotel close to Tiananmen Square and 1949 The Hidden City (Quanjude). As an InterContinental Platinum member, I used to stay at the Regent, but now I've switched to the Legendale. The location is excellent, it offers great value for money, and I was pleasantly surprised with a suite upgrade.
The amenities in the room are high quality, no expense spared, giving off a vibe of upward mobility. The breakfast fruit was delicious, and the room itself was very well-maintained.
My only minor complaint is that the hairdryer isn't a newer model; I hope they can update it soon.

GGuest UserDuring the Dragon Boat Festival, my relatives brought their kids to Beijing, and I still recommended this hotel. The hotel's location is excellent, close to all the attractions, and transportation is convenient, making shopping easy. I'll definitely recommend this place again next time.

GGuest UserHere I am again, after less than a month! This time I even braved a heavy downpour to get here. My flight circled over Beijing for an hour before landing, so I didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. It was another one of those check-in and check-out on the same day trips.
I was already feeling pretty groggy, but thankfully, Bella at the front desk was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. She handled everything super quickly and thoughtfully, getting me checked in no time. Once I got to the room, I even bothered the staff to open and close the window for me. They made two trips late at night – I'm really grateful, though I regret not catching their names.
This time, my room had an even better view! When I woke up in the morning, the sun was even out, and my mood instantly brightened, just like the weather.
I got back late from lunch, but luckily, they extended my check-out time. By the way, I once again ran into the ever-elegant Ms. Rose Xiao. She checked out my room card for me at the very last minute.
This trip was truly a whirlwind. As expected, after the storm, there's always sunshine!
(I hope I got both employees' names right; I always worry about misspelling them.)
