MMumu1960Location: The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and the National Museum of China. It's just a few minutes' walk to Wangfujing subway station, making it very convenient to get anywhere.
From the window, you can even see the Forbidden City in the distance.
Facilities: Classic and elegant, full of Chinese charm.
Service: Huge thanks to the staff for their patient and meticulous service.
Double Deluxe Minibar replenished daily: The mini-bar was restocked every day with over ten cans of 5 different beverages.

GGuoke880730The Beijing Moma Manor Hotel is located within the famous Moma园区 complex. Its design style blends Eastern and Western aesthetics, giving it a very artistic feel. The front desk is also quite unique and compact, allowing you to sit while checking in. The hotel even provides free snacks, and the drinks in the fridge are complimentary. The front desk staff offer excellent service, and I really love this hotel. The only downside is that it seems there aren't enough front desk staff; in the evening, there's just one person scurrying around. While checking in, the phone would ring, and they'd answer it while still processing the check-in, which might lead to longer check-in times. There was also a group of delivery drivers loudly asking for directions at the front desk. The staff member even escorted us to the elevator while simultaneously giving directions to the delivery drivers. I truly witnessed a 'hexagonal warrior' doing the work of three people!

LLinxiaomengI was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's surroundings! It's lush and green, the air is fresh, and downstairs there's a clean, tidy street with lots of unique shops – perfect for some retail therapy and grabbing a bite. The transportation is unbeatable too; bus stops and taxi stands are nearby, saving a lot of time getting to attractions or the station. It's well-developed but not noisy, making for a super comfortable stay. Plus, the hotel room facilities are comprehensive, there's even a fresh air system, and the front desk staff are really welcoming.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and a surprising sequence of oversights left me disappointed. Upon arrival I noticed a toenail on the floor, which felt like a breach of the 5-star standard I expected. The reception sent someone promptly, and the cleaning manager was genuinely apologetic, offering to either have the room cleaned again or move to a different room. We opted to switch rooms, and we were told a new room would be ready in about an hour with our luggage moved.
Approximately 90 minutes passed with no update. When I inquired again, I was told the new room was still not ready. The front desk staff member’s attitude was unhelpful and at times rude, which only compounded the frustration. After a tense exchange, a new room key was finally provided. However, the promised luggage assistance did not materialize; the accompanying staff member simply walked with us back and forth between rooms without actually moving any items.
Overall, while the cleaning manager showed empathy and proper protocol, the delays, inconsistent communication, and poor front-desk service significantly affected the experience. I hope the hotel reinforces clearer procedures for room changes and luggage handling, and maintains a consistently courteous tone across all staff. If you’d like, I can tailor this to a specific platform or adjust the tone further.
Besides this, the gym - Train Yard that is attached to the hotel is 10/10. One of the best gyms I’ve been to in China with amazing amenities.

GGuest UserVisited on August 2023. Stayed for 4nights.
Location is not ideal. Its 15-30mins walk to either train stations. No straight path. Nearest shopping mall of any repute is 25mins walk away. Good thing is its vlose to a row of economical eateries that serves a wide variety of cuisines: from local to European. Convenient stores and massage spas nearby.
Reception staff is generally polite and professional. Their command of English is not strong, but they tried to be as helpful as possible. They always booked my car rides for me when I asked them to. Pet friendly hotel..i cane across a few dogs going to the rooms. One of them is huge mixed.
Room is spacious with lots of storage spaces. Fittings are a bit dated. They are undergoing scheduled renovations, so hopefully it will be better. Housekeeping staff are polite, but expect very little English.
Gym: air-conditioning control is not working. The equipment is old. There's a cat den right outside the window tho..so if you are a cat lover, there's lots of purry little ones playing in the garden space outside.
Cafe: its converted from one of the rooms..not a full cafe. Breakfast is whatever they have. Almost the same everyday. Toast, hard boil eggs, porridge, and a selection of cooked items.
AAnonymous UserChoosing the right hotel for a business trip is so important! This place perfectly meets the needs of business travelers: the room is very quiet, allowing me to work late into the night undisturbed. The desk is spacious, and there are more charging ports than I could ever use by the bed and on the desk, so no more fighting for outlets. Breakfast starts as early as 6:30 AM, with a wide variety of options, and you can even pack it to go, ensuring I get a full meal even with an early flight. Ella at the front desk even helped me print documents quickly. Her service was professional and efficient. I've already saved this as my go-to hotel.

XXiqingThe room was incredibly quiet, and the water purifier in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was decent, and the location is fantastic for walking to Tiananmen East Gate 02 security check and Jingshan Park. It's also a short walk to Jinyu Hutong Station on Metro Line 8. Plus, having armed police guarding the entrance really gives you a strong sense of security.

MM578593****This is my third stay at this hotel, and I'm consistently impressed. The breakfast spread is fantastic, with a great variety and delicious food cooked fresh. They even provide dental floss, which is a thoughtful touch you don't always find even in five-star hotels. The inclusion of toilet seat covers among the hotel amenities is another detail that really makes a difference. The staff are all incredibly friendly and always have a smile on their faces. I'm very satisfied and will definitely choose to stay here again.

LLielie LilyAbsolute best hotel to stay in for Christmas - best decor in Beijing - awesome - and just what you need when you miss home. GREAT location, lovely spacious rooms - just lovely. The only downside in the breakfast, it is just not good - not even mediocre - buy yourself something from Cafe Chocolat nearby and enjoy in the comfort of your room.

2205795****The Grand Millennium Beijing has an excellent location with convenient transportation, and my stay was very satisfying. The lobby is elegant, and check-in was efficient and quick. The room was spacious and comfortable, clean and bright, with soft bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The service staff were warm and professional, responding quickly to requests, which made me feel well taken care of. Breakfast was rich and varied, offering a comprehensive mix of Chinese and Western options, all of high quality. Overall, it offers great value for money and is an ideal choice for both business and leisure travel.
