Nninic****This trip to Beijing stayed for four days and was quite satisfied. First of all, the hotel hardware is good, the room is clean and tidy, the pillows are especially comfortable, and I walk tens of thousands of steps every day to sleep and regain my strength. Secondly, the waiters are very enthusiastic. Take the initiative to ask, it feels very kind. Especially the front desk Xiao Sun, when checking in, very careful and thoughtful, thank you very much.
Looking forward to next year's trip to Beijing, I will continue to choose to stay.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to walk to the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and the National Museum of China. The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable. The bellboy was proactive in helping with our luggage, and I'd like to thank the front desk lady for upgrading us to a room with a view of the Forbidden City. The room view was lovely, and it was clean and hygienic; the cleaning staff were diligent. On my birthday, the hotel even surprised me with a small birthday cake, which I really appreciated! I highly recommend this hotel!

MM449363****The living room and bedroom are separate, with a reasonable layout. However, the TV is quite old, takes a long time to turn on and change channels, and doesn't support screen mirroring. The bathroom lighting is also dim. The front desk staff were polite and professional, and complimentary drinks were provided in the room. The restaurant offers Beijing-style meals; the female servers were good, but the young man at breakfast seemed half-asleep.
Regarding the environment: The hotel is located within a creative park, and facilities are spread across different buildings, not all in one.

If you're someone who gets hot easily, you can use the fresh air system, and there's also a humidifier so it doesn't get too dry. Orders are even delivered by a small robot. DDisanshuaiThis stay at Hotel JEN Beijing was absolutely amazing, thanks to the incredibly thoughtful service from the front desk! The staff were so gentle and welcoming during check-in, and they even proactively offered a complimentary upgrade to a high-floor room with a view – no extra charge at all, which instantly made me feel incredibly happy. As soon as I opened the door, I was stunned by the view outside; the city skyline stretched out before me. You could soak in the sunlight during the day and take in the neon lights at night. The expansive view was truly restorative. The room facilities were complete and spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and every detail reflected quality. The front desk's kind upgrade added a touch of ceremony to the whole trip. Next time I'm in Guomao, I'll definitely choose this place again. I sincerely recommend it to every traveler looking for comfort and a pleasant surprise!

This place perfectly meets the needs of business travelers: the room is very quiet, allowing me to work late into the night undisturbed. The desk is spacious, and there are more charging ports than I could ever use by the bed and on the desk, so no more fighting for outlets. Breakfast starts as early as 6:30 AM, with a wide variety of options, and you can even pack it to go, ensuring I get a full meal even with an early flight. Ella at the front desk even helped me print documents quickly. Her service was professional and efficient. I've already saved this as my go-to hotel.

XXiqingThe room was incredibly quiet, and the water purifier in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was decent, and the location is fantastic for walking to Tiananmen East Gate 02 security check and Jingshan Park. It's also a short walk to Jinyu Hutong Station on Metro Line 8. Plus, having armed police guarding the entrance really gives you a strong sense of security.

MM578593****This is my third stay at this hotel, and I'm consistently impressed. The breakfast spread is fantastic, with a great variety and delicious food cooked fresh. They even provide dental floss, which is a thoughtful touch you don't always find even in five-star hotels. The inclusion of toilet seat covers among the hotel amenities is another detail that really makes a difference. The staff are all incredibly friendly and always have a smile on their faces. I'm very satisfied and will definitely choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserThe Nangong Spring Season Hotel is a great family-oriented resort with a lot to like. Both the Chinese and Japanese restaurants had tasty food and were quick to bring our orders. The children’s playground was excellent, with a large, clean and brightly lit play area. The hotel water park was larger than I expected, although the main enclosed water park was closed. There was a significant quantity of black mould in the play area and some of the water toys were being held together with caulking, but it was serviceable. The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable, although in dire need of maintenance. All in all our stay was great value for money and we would definitely consider returning.
