SShuihetianThe hotel is clean and tidy, and the bathroom has no strange odors. While the environment isn't beautiful, it's very close to the subway entrance. The service is generally acceptable, though the lobby greeters don't proactively help guests with their luggage. The facilities are the worst. The toilet seat opening is too large, making it extremely uncomfortable to sit on, especially for those with smaller hips. You also can't use disposable hygiene covers, and it's not a smart toilet. The room is so small that with the 1.8-meter king-size bed, you can only get on and off from one side, which is very inconvenient and uncomfortable for guests. The window in the room can only be opened a tiny crack, making proper ventilation difficult.

If you're someone who gets hot easily, you can use the fresh air system, and there's also a humidifier so it doesn't get too dry. Orders are even delivered by a small robot. __M1301189****The room was spotless, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. From the window, I could see the Forbidden City, Jingshan Park, and the White Dagoba of Beihai Park. I liked the layout of the bathroom, which was convenient to use. The executive lounge offered great views from its windows, and the light meals and drinks were of good quality. The ZAN restaurant provided excellent service and food for breakfast. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and room service was prompt. Occasionally, smoke drifted into the bathroom from other areas, but fortunately, after signing an agreement, we could open the window for ventilation. With the bathroom door closed, the impact on the bedroom was tolerable.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel offers a shuttle service from Gate 15 on the 1st floor of the airport, running every 15 and 45 minutes, which is super convenient. It's only a 5-minute ride to the hotel. The front desk lady and the manager were incredibly kind; they upgraded me to a huge, spotless room. I was extremely satisfied, and they even thoughtfully provided a space heater. I'll definitely book the China Southern Pearl Hotel again for my next trip!

The staff are incredibly service-oriented and have excellent attitudes, always ready to help with any request. The breakfast is quite rich and varied, and the rooms even have balconies with great natural light. It's also very convenient for getting around. Definitely worth recommending.

AAnonymous UserDue to a last-minute hotel change, the staff were very accommodating, and the facilities were complete. Initially, I had a room without a window, which felt a bit stuffy, but then I was moved to a room with a window, and the ventilation was much better. Most rooms are standard, and the TV's screen mirroring feature is a big plus. Breakfast was decent, mainly carbs, which is very convenient for business travelers. The hotel is also conveniently located near snacks, making it much better than some more out-of-the-way hotels.

The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was very quick. They also introduced the hotel facilities and surroundings to me. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. In particular, the water pressure and hot water in the bathroom were very powerful and relaxing. Although I only stayed for one night, the overall experience was very pleasant and the price-performance ratio was super high! I will choose this hotel again next time I come here, and I highly recommend it!
