The service was warm and attentive, and the location is super convenient, right next to a mall and the subway. Excellent value for money! The staff were especially friendly and helpful. CCreate4joyeThis was a fantastic location that I would make my go to when in Beijing. Service is excellent. Room is well planned out. Quiet and amenities are fantastic. Late night snack and comp mini fridge kept well stocked and everything is nearby you could need. I would extend my time here if there was availability. Most comfortable beds Iāve found in any hotel. Room is small but efficient in design. Totally worth it and beyond comfortable. Must stay in Beijing

Wwfr0123I spent a long time choosing this room, and after checking in, I truly felt like I made the right choice š„°š„°. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic; when I checked in and saw a crowd, they guided me to an adjacent counter to process my check-in š«°. The hotel facilities are relatively new and all feature smart technology. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and it's spacious with two sinks. The faucet water flow is very quiet, with no strange noises. The room design is excellent and the layout is well-planned, with thoughtful touches everywhere šš. Coffee and tea are neatly arranged in separate drawers, and there's even a mini-bar cart. I highly recommend it. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Universal Studios, and you can even see Harry Potter from the hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a very strategic location in the heart of Wangfujing, surrounded by lots of shops and great food options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and some of them could speak good English, which made communication much easier.
One of the best features was the robot service that delivered our online food orders and packages directly to the room ā very convenient and modern! The hotel was also very clean, and the towels were replaced every day.
They also provide a free self-service laundry room, which was really useful during our stay. Overall, we had a very satisfying experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing.

FFPP-2026Beijing CSN Pearl Hotel is an excellent choice for those requiring a convenient layover base near Beijing Daxing International Airport.
Complementing a fairly close proximity to the airport is a regular pickup service to and back from the hotel.
The hotel staff are attentive while the room is well maintained with good amenities though unfortunately some previous occupants have clearly been smoking in the room as evident by the scent of cigarettes presence. I would recommend the hotel to better monitor some of their guests to ensure their standards are more consistent.
Nevertheless I was still able to sleep well.
I would recommend anyone who is looking for a layover stay near PKX airport.

My son especially loved the setup of the lounge area; the wall art and lighting were perfectly matched, creating a stylish ambiance. The kitchen was an absolute bonus, fully equipped with a Siemens dishwasher and washing machine, and all the dishes and pots were neatly organized. Traveling with a child, I didn't have to worry about a thing ā it was so convenient to prepare baby food or warm up meals for him. It truly felt like home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Beijing!

GGuest UserClose to the subway station, which makes getting around very convenient. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The room was clean, and I liked the separated shower and toilet. The only thing was that the water pressure in the shower was quite strong; it sounded like a high-pressure washer when I was showering.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at the Grand Millennium Beijing, and it exceeded my expectations by far. It wasn't overly crowded, so it felt very peaceful and quiet. The swimming pool is a major highlight, integrated seamlessly with the gym on a different floor, creating a spacious, high-ceilinged area with a Southeast Asian vibe. I encountered many Hong Kongers there, from business travelers in the elevator to an elderly couple in the executive lounge; they were all very humble and friendly. The surrounding area boasts a wide variety of restaurants, and the Fortune Plaza Mall is practically a canteen for Beijing's white-collar workers. The night view is also top-notch, with the CCTV Headquarters lit up beautifully. A pleasant surprise was bumping into a celebrity while working out ā the 'rooster among roosters,' haha. The Grand Millennium is fantastic, giving me every reason to return. The male manager who handled my check-in was very gracious, and the service was just perfect.
