We traveled as a family and had a very relaxed stay at Tigers Roare'. The hotel ambience was amazing and safe during this Covid times. The staffs were attentive & the hospitality was awesome. All together we had a very comfortable stay. Definitely going to come back. Thank you for the great experience!

The experience was wonderful with the Elms Thekkady....From check in onwards they have treated us like very professional manner.Especially the front office staff is very helpful at any time..We had a warm welcome by them.the room was spacious also cleaned well maintained washrooms...Had a short time experience as we just planned for only one night. And sure that next time we'll plan our stay there for 2,3days with our family as well truly recommended for our families and friends.

This hotel looks lovely and quaint but when we arrived and were shown our rooms they smelt very damp and the bathroom was filthy. Speaking to other members of our group they seemed to have had better rooms, so we were shown two more before we were happy with our final choice. Even then, the bathroom could have been cleaner. There was wifi but only in the reception area which was very nice to sit in. The restaurant was also OK with breakfast ordered from the menu rather than buffet style and the service was good. What was strange is that the cloakroom facilities in the restaurant were great and a complete contrast to the ensuite bathrooms. This is something they should address. I would have rated this poor but the staff and restaurant tipped it into average. PS. Keep your windows closed, one of our group was asleep and monkeys came in, woke her up and messed up her room. Luckily she was save by the cleaners. Think we should have been warned about this on arrival!
