When I contacted the hotel immediately when I noticed, I canceled one reservation because I was told that I would not receive the cancellation fee for that amount. However, I asked the hotel because the request came from the site that I said I would not take the cancellation fee, and I was told to ask the site by myself. After all, the hotel side did not take the procedure that the site did not take the fee. I was waiting because I couldn't refund through the card company at a time, so I contacted the hotel directly to refund. However, even if １ weeks wait, the contact did not come, and when I contacted from here, the corresponding staff told the boss to send this matter and send the phone, but １ weeks wait, the contact will not come. When I contacted the manager of the boss from here, he said, ”What is it?” and the story did not pass. I was surprised to hear that I was waiting for a phone call, but did I tell you the phone number? Even if you cut the phone without permission or take a confirmation of this matter and tell me what kind of response to the future, there is no contact even after １ hours. I can't connect to the manager again. It's impossible to be a manager. If I didn't contact you from here, I would never contact you, and I thought that I didn't solve it at all, and I was afraid of the dishonest attitude. I think I was struggling between the manager of the stance that received the cancellation fee as prescribed for whatever reason and the staff who tried to refund me with sympathy. Well, I first said that I would not take a cancellation fee. I appreciate that you responded to the refund, but the process until then was gudaghda, dishonest and surprised. I think it's good to stay for those who don't complain even if anything happens, but I think it's better to choose a different hotel.

This is a highly recommended hostel for a reasonable cost! Junxion is in an ideal location: perfectly placed between the JR station (~5 mins) and the beach (~15 mins). The designs of the entrance way/cafe, sleeping room and bathroom area are all reminiscent of tiny home living and are such an efficient use of space. It is quaint and comfortable. The staff are friendly and explicit as to how/where to use particular facilities/amenities. They are also super helpful and willing to give suggestions about Kamakura. The beds were comfortable, the air-con was strong and they even offer free breakfast! I really can't say enough positive things... STAY HERE!!

10 minutes walk from Kamakura station. It is right in front of Tsurugaoka Hachimangu. It feels solemn when you hear it is a site related to Mr. Hojo, but it is a functional and modern hotel. Check-in is also unmanned, so you don't meet people. The size of the room is about the size of a one-room condominium where you live alone, and the interior is modern and clean. We also have the necessary equipment. The windows are about lighting, so you can't see the scenery. I was happy with the bath gel. The rooftop is a shared space for guests, and there are tables and chairs, so I ate breakfast while watching the cherry blossoms in full bloom in Dankuzu and the torii gate of Hachimangu. By the way, there is no restaurant, so I bought breakfast at a convenience store. There is a Sanrio Cafe on the first floor. From the location and functional price, it will be a perfect base for sightseeing. The only complaint is that when I entered the guest information on the screen at check-in, I had a hard time noticing that I had to scroll because I had to scroll backwards when I entered the guest information. ★ 6 places, ★ 1 reduced to ★ 5.

Really close to the beach, people who like the beach recommend it. The cipher box with the key is not easy to open. I have been tinkering for a long time. Bushi or Samurai is a great local guide who runs Irodori, he is a gold mine of info about Kamakura and Japan in general, I highly recommend taking one of his tours. Bushi guided me around the mountains of Kamakura and on the Shogun tour, both well worth the money as you get a deeper experience than you will get by yourself. We also went to see a 24th generation sword smith, which was simply amazing. Irodori is not a fancy guest house, its simple, but its clean and most importantly for me, its authentic Japan.

The location of the hotel is good. It's not far from Eno Tram Station in one block, but it's a little bit away from JR Kamakura Station. I live in a Japanese-style Kiri room on the second floor. It is very nice and very clean. Even if there is a bed for three people, there is still a lot of space, and the bathroom is well designed, separated from dry and wet, complete disinfection tools, and bathroom The equipment is excellent, and it will not bring the water droplets on the body into the room after the shower! Playing on the floor may be harder than normal Simmons, but because of the relatively quiet location, I still sleep well. At night, Kamakura is relatively quiet and does not have the rich nightlife of Tokyo. In addition to drinking in an izakaya, you can also watch the stars and enjoy the sea breeze on the hotel terrace. The breakfast is delicious and there are many choices. All the soups and salads are homemade. They are fresh and delicious. The amount is not large but it fills the stomach.
