The hotel that was accidentally selected did not expect to be a net red hotel. Many stars have lived. The hotel owner said that the elderly have inconvenient legs and feet, and they can send the elderly's breakfast to the room. We thought it was better to forget it. The family sat in the lobby and had breakfast together. Because the hotel does not have an elevator. It is not convenient for the elderly to go upstairs. The hotel owner has been saying sorry, sorry, sorry. But they have a lift to send luggage to the second floor. Check-in and check-out are the luggage that the waiter helps carry. We stayed here as 2 families with kids, the hotel is old but is well maintained and clean in, However we got a beetle in room which was not pleasing during the visit. We also took option of half board with breakfast and dinner but food options seemed limited Staff was very courteous and helpful - overall stay was good. The bathroom need to have ventilation and kettle in room will be much appreciate

Very large property, clean , well appointed theme throughout. Dinner was great but waiter was non helpful, unwillingness to be friendly......the buffet breakfasts were terrible! Choice was: toast, cold hard boiled eggs, yogurt, unpeeled fruit, sliced cheeses, two types of cereal, ...everything was minimal including the orange juice. The staff both at dinner and breakfast were extremely rude. No friendly smile nor acknowledgement. At breakfast the same rudeness followed, unwillingness to be helpful or just to be pleasant. Being that we are westerners, i suppose they took unlikeness to us even though we were kind and polite . The property is very nice, just too bad about the wait staff , time for management to over see the whole aspect of tourism and being kind.

We have been staying in the hostel with the Oasis to cut the breath and the warm welcome. Managers are hearts to share their way of life and their daily life with us, who are friends rather than tourists for them. We could visit the oasis, taste local products, make a walk in the mountain, watch bread cooking... All in the best company. The gentleness of the inhabitants and the beauty of the environment are perfectly associated for a resourceful and authentic stay.
