"The facilities were stylish and nice. Although it was a bunker bed, the floor height was high, so there was no inconvenience when using the lower floor. It was nice that each bed had blinds. On the 3rd floor, the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet were outside the room, and it was a room for 6 people, including 2 people. However, there was no information other than the room floor and bed number. Even though the reservation included breakfast, there was no notice or explanation about breakfast times. I went down to the cafe and said, ‘I have a reservation that includes breakfast. 'What time is breakfast tomorrow?' I asked. I could ask... but I was confused... I went in and out of the kitchen to check on the situation... I waited for 5 minutes. The male staff member wrote down a breakfast ticket for me at 6 or 7 o'clock, telling me what I wanted, coffee, milk and juice. When I came down a little after 6 o'clock in the morning, the cafe lights were off, as expected. The kitchen light was on so I tried to go, but the automatic door from the albergue to the cafe was locked. I went outside and knocked on the door, and he pointed to a door next to me. When I went there, I heard a voice, so I knocked and called someone. A male employee whom I had never seen before asked me to wait a bit, so I waited, but 10 minutes had passed. Since I had to walk a long distance, I thought I would have to give up breakfast, so I went back to that gate. ‘I am a guest. We were informed that we could have breakfast at 6 o'clock. My journey has been delayed. I would like a refund for breakfast.' I told him to wait until the manager came. He said he would come down soon.. A part-timer at the cafe was at work, so I told him the same thing, and he just laughed. I waited for 10 minutes and they didn't come, so I thought it would be better to just eat breakfast, so I ordered and ate it. I waited 45 minutes for a meal that should have been over in 5 minutes, and the journey was delayed on a rainy day, so I am leaving this review very tired. The facilities are good and there are few people, so if you want to rest quietly, I recommend skipping breakfast."

"This hotel is in a great location and makes a perfect stop for Buen Camino travelers. The entire place is very nice and clean. It also offers excellent services to help you relax after a long walk, including a great sauna and massage options."

"A great accommodation... We stayed a night a friend and I, the experience has been very good. It is accessed through code, which gives a great freedom with the schedules. The room was perfect, everything was very clean, the bathroom with shower and the amenities were enough, also very clean. The location in our case was ideal, is in the polygon, so we have no problem with parking as we are weekend. The hotel was very friendly and helpful. I recommend it 100%."

"I’ve just looked at the lovely pictures of this property. It’s not quite what I recognise from my visit in April 2024. Reception was very difficult to find - it was underground in what I described as a bunker! Something catastrophic has happened to the building above ground - it’s now a concrete plinth. The dining area was in the ‘bunker’ - wine was available but beer came from a fridge . . . Beverages were limited. Food was poor and served by staff who were rushed off their feet! The accommodation in the wooden buildings was fine - no issues! I think travellers need to know that things aren’t what they used to be!"

"Our room was cute enough! Service at the desk was awesome. However, it’s far from other locations and the restaurant here is absolutely awful. Inedible by all four of my group for several of the dishes. Stick to cheese plates, the lentil soup was great, and the salad. That’s it. The steak was so bad I took only half a bite. The fish was so bad both people took zero bites. And one of them loves eating the fish head. This was really bad. Also not very helpful or good service with dinner. So you are stuck here. We did receive massages and they were good. The site itself is beautiful and a nice reprieve if only you didn’t have to eat here because of its distance from town. We were on camino and stayed here June 2025."

"Lovely little place in the middle of nowhere. Very clean room and comfortable mattress. Lovely service - the hosts made us feel like we were part of their family and made sure we have everything! Unfortunately our experience with the food wasn’t as pleasant though. We had dinner here after a long day on the Camino which has caused us an upset stomach making the next days hike uncomfortable. Soup had no taste at all, the chorizo and chips were too salty and inedible. Would recommend to a stay but not for food!"

"As soon as we arrived, the super friendly young Host who was willing to answer all our questions about the history of the area and the Property, we were transported to the last century in a beautiful and well-kept house. This house falls in love with everyone, they should stay in a place like this once on the way up. The food was exquisite, the dessert I won't tell you, everything was so spectacular that I can't describe it. The bad thing was the few days that we traveled from PR to do the Camino de Santiago"
