Abbastanza positiva l'esperienza con questa struttura. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro città e lo staff è molto simpatico e professionale. Colazione abbondante e ottima. Camera piccolina però abbastanza soddisfacente per le mie esigenze. Non era presente la climatizzazione automatica, bensì un piccolo ventilatore se ce ne fosse stato bisogno. Il letto era abbastanza comodo e ho dormito decisamente bene. Il bagno un po' piccolo, ma buono (doccia chiusa come si vede dalla foto). Il prezzo totale (248 euro per una sola persona in camera doppia uso singola) è abbastanza contenuto, considerando che la posizione è ottima. Ci tornerei, magari chiederei però, se possibile, una stanza più grande.

Very friendly and helpful staff who are happy to fulfill additional requests and give tips... both about sightseeing (what is worth it and what isn't) and the best times to visit. Good beds (mattresses not too soft!) and a good breakfast!

Hotel is in a convenient central location in the beautiful city of Aachen. Staff are very helpful friendly and polite. They made us feel very welcome. The rooms are immaculate and the beds are very comfortable. A fan was placed in the room, which was a godsend! Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices to choose from. The coffee was really good and staff offered fresh fried or scrambled eggs every morning. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a stay in Aachen.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Aachen. Very friendly and helpful staff, everything is clean and fresh in the hotel. Great breakfast, nice and fresh! Highly recommended. Tip for parking: drop off your belongings at the hotel and then park the car at Parking Tivoli (Stadium) for 5 euros per day. You can walk to the hotel in 20 minutes.

Pleasant welcome (which is quite rare in Aix La Chapelle to be underlined :-( we were able to leave our luggage there in the morning before check-in and take it back at the end of the afternoon. I felt comfortable and would be happy to come back. It is very centrally located, just a few minutes' walk from the cathedral and other sights. It is possible to reserve a parking space. This is about 3 minutes away.
