"We are expected a lot more. When we were given our room, our excitement was gone. The room was terible, dirty, and bathroom was full of mould. The hotel changed our room but it was mostly the same as the other room. So, if you like a clean room, i dont recomended this hotel. But food and see and trips was beautiful!"

"Very good hotel. I love it so much Here. Everything is very clean and all the people that work Here are so friendly. The cleaning woman are so friendly and clean good. The animation team is so Nice. In the restaurant good food and good service. Everything very good here! The fotographer makes very good pictures, you can ask to take pictures and later you choose if you want and only pay for those you want. The pictures are wonderful. I Will come back! "My experience at this hotel was unfortunately very poor. The staff were generally unfriendly and unwelcoming—most didn’t even greet guests, and many seemed irritated by their work. Cleanliness was a major issue throughout the property. Mattresses were scattered around the premises, the rooms were not properly cleaned, and the plates and glasses in the dining area were often dirty or even broken. The food was especially disappointing. It was either burnt, bland, or undercooked. Even the simplest dishes, like rice pudding, were poorly prepared—it was essentially just boiled rice in milk. Additionally, basic amenities were lacking. There was no Wi-Fi available, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. Overall, this place fails to meet even basic expectations for hospitality. If you have the option, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere."
