They offered complimentary breakfast, and when we asked for local food recommendations, they suggested 'Warehouse No. 3 Restaurant,' which had excellent ambiance, service, and dishes. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. Since we had a late flight, the front desk attendant kindly arranged for a late check-out after learning about our situation. It was a truly delightful experience."

My reservation originally didn't include breakfast, but the front desk staff, Kamy and Dora, thoughtfully offered it to me for free, which was a wonderful surprise. After checking out, I accidentally left some personal belongings in the room. The hotel noticed right away and promptly called me to inform me, showing how attentive and responsible their staff are. "The dead end of the room is of poor hygiene, the table, bedside table, and wardrobe are stained and dusty, and the service attitude is not good. I personally experienced the arrogance of the service staff. They ignored the inquiries. When I checked out, I heard the guests checking out next to me. If there are stains on the bed, the guest's deposit of 50 RMB will be deducted, and the guest is told to go back and clean it before leaving. "The front desk was gentle, polite and courteous. The bedding was clean. There was plenty of hot water and the water flow was strong. It was a pleasant shower. It was located in a busy area. There were many restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores around. We stayed on the weekend. Parking was quite tight. Parking was in front of the bookstore. The hotel entrance was on the side and a short walk was required. Free parking. Individual travelers and tour groups were not on the same floor. It was quite quiet to sleep at night. I was especially grateful that it was pet-friendly. I was very satisfied overall."

"Used the hotel razor early in the morning and it cut me – the only time this has ever happened to me in all the hotels I've stayed at. We didn't arrive that late, but it felt like the hotel was closing down for cleaning; there was no hot tea available, and the service wasn't enthusiastic. I chose this Hampton by Hilton because of the brand, but when I went to do laundry at night, the washing machine hadn't been cleaned. The hallway lights weren't even on, it was pitch black and windy. The toilet was also dirty. Hope for improvements, especially with such good facilities."

"I'm a bit lost for words about this night. First, let's get the good news out of the way. Due to a group booking and limited availability, the hotel upgraded our room. The facilities were new, and parking was very convenient. But let's talk about the shortcomings, which are perhaps even more important to the hotel's guest experience. 1. Is the Tmall Genie immature? I couldn't get it to turn on the TV. Even worse, at 5:00 a.m., while I was sound asleep, it suddenly turned on the lights, curtains, and TV, and started making voice calls. I was startled! I had to get up and turn them off one by one. 2. The breakfast items were small in quantity and variety. Even more outrageous, the "Home Inn noodles" were not available. When asked why, they said they didn't know. Home Inn constantly promotes and boasts about this bowl of noodles, from the rooms to the restaurant. Essentially, this bowl of noodles is Home Inn's promise and invitation. How could they just say it's gone? When I asked the front desk, they said it was because the hotel was new, then because there were few guests, and they couldn't come up with a reasonable excuse. 3. The pillows were uncomfortable! One pillow had a cassia seed core, which was too high and hard to use, and the other had a latex core, which had no slope and was too hard, making it impossible to sleep for most of the night."
