Do not stay as an all inclusive. Food is very poor. WiFi you have to pay for. Local area there is nothing to do. Not enough sunbeds. Very noisy at night from other guests who are drinking all day & unable to eat the poor quality food. Only 1 drinks area which is often unstaffed If you are just looking to rest it's ok.

After reading countless reviews on green life we are pleasantly surprised that the hotel is very nice . The breakfast is very continental so not ideal for kids , but eggs omelette fruit etc available . The lunch was excellent fish meatballs cous cous, potatoes salad etc etc etc . The drinks are fine . Effes on draft. Wines awful but I’ve never had a nice bottle of Turkish wine yet! 90% of the staff are great, there’s always an a-hole and this place is no exception. But honestly , it’s really nice. Pool is great. Had burgers round the pool too . The rooms are nice excellent. Don’t be put off by these bad reviews. It’s not 4 star but comfortably 3 star . It’s a trek from the airport though , maybe 2 hour transfer. Anyway we are having a good time !

Golkova was a bad hotel we had never visited. A smelly toilet, wasted towels, a broken mattress, we were there for 9 nights after the fifth, we were left with only two large towels for bathing, and there were three of us. We asked at the reception for an extra sheet to turn, we were refused. The food was so bad that we had lunch and dinner outside, the bartender was too ungenerous, the room was not cleaned. The hotel is for 1 star a complete nightmare. Do not visit

I've never felt the need to write such a bad review like this one, but this was a disaster. Honestly not a single good thing that i can say. Food repetitive, not a variety as it said, there were no food labels so you dont know what's in it. Cleaning never done properly, there was sand in our shower for 10 days, no one cleaned it. Towels not changed regularly, torn. Dont get me started on staff. I' ve never in my life experienced such rude staff, uninterested and not helpful at all. They are also trying to charge for wifi??! This was suposed to be a 4 star hotel with all inclusive service. Far, far from it. Two stars at best. Do yourself a favor and read all the other reviews, and just dont go there. Not worth the money.

Do not stay in this hotel!!! Staff are so rude, they did not clean our room once the whole time we stayed there! We requested for fresh clean towels and water in which the staff refused and shouted at us, leaving me in tears. I was forced to stay thirsty (in the middle of July) for half an hour because they ran out of water. The food was disgusting, bugs and flies all in the food. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. We paid for all inclusive and the only food option was vegtables and green peppers (meat tasted horrible, like it was rotten) and we had to pay £15 for wifi, PER DEVICE may I add, baring in mind the hotel states it includes wifi when you book. Never known a hotel like it!!! After paying for the wifi, it didn’t work and staff didn’t do anything to help out. Our air con in our room broke when it was 26+ degrees in the night, again, staff did not want to help. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Multiple other families were also in the same position as us and ended up leaving to stay elsewhere!
