The service and hospitality were truly outstanding, with a special mention to Deepu, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his friendly, helpful attitude made us feel so welcome. The location is simply stunning, so tropical, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery. It felt like we were in our own private paradise. The pool was another highlight, beautifully designed, crystal clear, and incredibly refreshing. The food was delicious, and the chef was wonderfully flexible, happily adjusting dishes to suit our tastes. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a beautiful tropical getaway with warm hospitality, amazing food, and the perfect atmosphere to relax, this is the place!"

"The stay was not worth the amount we paid. The room was average, not able to close fully the window curtains, people were walking on veranda and noisy . The service was below standard. The internet was not functional initially, and although it was reported, it was only serviced later. I was told that food had to be arranged from outside as the restaurant was not operational. So we did not order the dinner and not took breakfast. The access way to the accommodation was poorly lit and very muddy. Our shoes became dirty with mud. Overall, I am not satisfied with the stay, as it was not worth the amount we paid. The room service boys were very helpful, polite and  caring but most of the things were out of their control."
