Hôtel top !! Chambre parfaite moderne comme sur la photo et très propre. Petit dej très bon je recommande !! Emplacement situé à 5min à pied de la plage et à côté de toutes commodités.

Aunque el hotel es nuevo y está bien ubicado, su elevado precio no justifica lo que ofrece. El servicio deja mucho que desear, con un personal más pendiente de sus móviles que de atender a los clientes, tanto en el desayuno como en la recepción y otros puntos del hotel. El desayuno es lamentable, con muy poca variedad, y además, el hotel carece de servicios esenciales como un restaurante o siquiera una cafetería. En general, la experiencia no está a la altura del precio que se paga, ya que falta atención al detalle y mejor servicio para justificar la tarifa elevada.

Das Hotel an sich ist schön und modern und das Personal sehr freundlich und immer bemüht. Leider war es insgesamt nicht sauber. Wir hatten Schmutz an den Wänden, der sich mit einem feuchten Tuch leicht ablösen ließ. Die Bettwäsche war dreckig und das Badezimmer und die Dusche waren auch nicht sauber. Wer nicht weiß, dass Albufeira der Ballermann von Portugal ist, ist hier leider falsch. Wir wussten das nicht. Aus der Beschreibung des Hotels geht das meines Erachtens auch nicht hervor. Wir würden hier nicht noch einmal herkommen.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, from the staff to the roof top pool, i dont have anything bad to say. We had a great time staying here, the location of the hotel was perfect. One thing that can be improved is the water from the shower leaking into the room. Apart from that had an amazing time staying here. Credit to the staff aswell for being very welcoming, would definitely go back again.

Veldig fine rom. Noe spesielt med åpen løsning på bad/toalett som kan gjøre det litt intimt å gjøre nr 2. Ikke det at det var noe problem for oss fordi de hadde et fult utrustet bad på utsiden av rommet våres også med toalett og dusj. Sengene er veldig komfortable og servicen fra både vaskepersonalet og resepsjonen er helt upåklagelig.

This property is lovely and quiet and I would recommend it to any couples to go! The one problem is if you want to chill on your balcony instead of going out , you can’t order room service or drinks! If they has this it would make it all the better
