"Location was very good. Food was good. Staff was very good and also service. But overall experience was not good. Poor Lighting was observed specially in the restaurant entry stairs. My wife had fallen and badly injured. All the stairs edges should be marked with florescent tape. Also First aid kit was not available , may be due to Holi. But Going forward these should be corrected , so other person will not face such issues in future. I am not raising complain ,should also take care compliance issue for all the registered hotel. "

"I have not stayed. Booked this hotel at 11pm and 1 am we came to know hotel is not in almira city but 30km away in jalna which is in almira district. Being scammed it was taking 1 hr from almira due to hilly region. As driver rejected to travel further, hotel rejected to cancel and wanted to eat up all money paid. Later mmt spoke to them and agreed full refund, as night will be done in morning. So in morning hotelier scammed mmt and said now i can do 50% only and took advantage of the situation and mmt didn't refund full amount and cheated us too."

"Visited with two kids. Luxury Creek Room Pros: 1. Great hospitality. Every employee goes the extra mile to accommodate needs and give top notch service. 2. Comfortable bed and clean premises. 3. Scrumptious food. Limited options in breakfast, lunch and dinner but still enough to keep one satiated. Different menu every day. Yummy soups. 4. A small temple to pray and start your day. 5. Direct river access. 6. Karaoke night was a much needed entertainment. 7. There was no pizza on the in room dining menu but as per request it was served the next day. Cons: 1. The toilet lid was too heavy and very difficult for kids to lift. 2. The shower door in the washroom doesn’t close completely. Needs to be repaired. 3. Only bakery item in breakfast are muffins. 4. People were getting in the pool in regular clothes instead of costumes. The pool boy did nothing. However, some steps were taken when the manager was involved. 7. No places/ restaurants to eat around the hotel. 8. Paid activities were good but cycles available on rent were rusted. Overall, a 3.5 star property. Take a ground floor room for front and back access. The mountain road after Dhikuli is very narrow and it will take you 1.5 hours to reach the property from there."

"Came to the resort for a quick weekend away and had a great stay at Club Mahindra Binsar Valley. A lot of short hikes are around and the views are great. It was quiet and away from city activity. Stars looked beautiful in the evening. I felt the studio room was a fair size. We had one queen bed and one sofa bed. Very clean and serviced each day. We enjoyed the balcony to watch the monkeys, birds and sunrise. Each day for breakfast and dinner we ate at the resort restaurant. We were met with friendly and familiar faces by the end of our stay. Specifically we had great service from Mahendra, Bhagwat, Kundan, Mahindra, and Manish. The food was so good we got to try many local items as well. Overall I would recommend staying here for a peaceful getaway."
