Had a wonderful stay at the beat western plus amritsar. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. Location was also quite central. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this property to others.

Wonderful service. Would like to recommend this hotel to all thank you. Food was also very delicious in the restaurant within the hotel premises. Near to the golden temple. Convenient and near to the market too.

Excellent place to stay near the Golden Temple. The easy access to the local market made our stay so very nice. It is purely because of our stay in this hotel that we could explore the thriving market and eateries of Amritsar. The hotel is neat and well maintained as the committed team are ensuring high standards of hospitality. The food provided at the Hotel with both local and Multi Cuisine was a wonderful experience. A nice place for family stay and we really would like to stay here again

Worst behaviour by the staff. Very very rude behaviour. They try to overcharge you for everything. Very untidy rooms and washrooms smell like sewer.

It was a terrible experience. Firstly, the location mentioned by the hotel is wrong. The staff sent the wrong location repeatedly. Secondly, the acs are not working, but the staff didn’t mentioned it earlier. Thirdly their breakfast service is really slow. They sent it after one and half hour (and that too just 2 cup of tea.

Worst stay in my entire life, hotel in under reniwation and construction, will be taken care by best western in near future. Current employees have taken their customers for granted, no kitchen service available, no proper room service, bathrooms were not in proper state. i need to stay that worst hotel. Worst night in my life.

The tap was not working no water in washroom for 3 hours no shower gel no water bottles given very miserable stay
must say i booked just for the sake of good name and reputation of hotel but it was so bad experience the country in amritsar was getting shut down for which the staff gave very rude and unbelievable stay

Renovation going on, restaurant closed, rooms also not worth more then 1000 rs, blower was not working.
