My friends and I all really enjoyed our stay with Bob. Highly recommend!! Will definitely be coming back.
Communication was excellent, the room had everything we needed (and more!) and the area was quite close to a grocery shop, the metro and different cafes/restaurants.

Je vais commencer par le plus grave, le personnel c’est introduit dans notre chambre et a pris des photos pendant notre absence. Nous n’avions donné aucune autorisation pour cela. Concernant l’état général c’est autogéré on a vu aucun personnel pas de réception. Des draps et serviette souillé sont resté 2 jours dans les couloirs de nos chambre. Ils y a des grandes tâches sur les tissus. On peut voir des chewing-gums partout sur les moquettes. Très mauvaise expérience je suis vraiment très choquée que quelqu’un puisse toucher à nos affaire sans qu’on le sache. Je ne remettrais jamais les pieds dans un hôtel à l’avenir.

The title says it all. I stayed in this hotel for two nights and left with a significant amount of bedbugs bites all over my body. After talking to the staff about this issue, and providing a doctors note attesting of the situation, I was merely acknowledged. To avoid at all cost!

The whole place was very clean. Our stay was comfortable and all the things we needed were there. The big windows were great and the location of the place was very interesting. We mostly used ferry from NDSM towards Centraal station which was quite fun for us and the kids

Overnachting gehad in Amsterdam op de NSDM werf. We konden gemakkelijk binnen met een code. Schone kamer met fijne bedden. Badkamer is modern en ook schoon. Er zit een keuken in de kamer met koelkast dus we konden een flesje bubbels koud leggen.

Price was too high, poor customer service and impersonal approach. I did not got clear answers for my requests. Finally the amount was charged from my credit card was too much compared with initial agreement
