"First Impression Service: The manager was stern throughout, and we had to find our own parking spaces. We booked four rooms, all located at the end of the corridor or near the elevator. The rooms were incredibly dirty. As a Huazhu Platinum member who has stayed countless times, this was the first time I'd stayed in such a dirty hotel. The floor was crawling with bugs, there were bugs under the pillows, and even on the computer desk… I have no idea how they cleaned it. I developed a rash on my legs after just one night… Definitely not to stay here!!!"

"#Room Facilities: The room facilities were poor. They gave me a room with a faulty light and a cracked door, so you could see right through from the outside. They clearly mistook me for someone easy to bully and gave me a terrible room. #Service: I had to get a hairdryer from the front desk, which was inconvenient. They didn't collect anything the guests left behind and claimed they hadn't seen it when I went back to look for it. #Cleanliness: The bathroom and shower were completely uncleaned, and there was still trash from the previous guest inside."
