"Horrible hotel, the cleaning hadn't been done. I found an open packet of cookies under the bed and a lot of dirt. There was no soundproofing between the rooms. The staff didn't listen. The owner didn't accept my complaints about her hotel; she called me six hours after I left to accuse me of tearing the wallpaper, even though the hotel is dilapidated—the walls, doors, and baseboards are damaged. I was on the fourth floor; there's no elevator to the top floor, so I had to carry my luggage myself. No one helped me. Avoid this place immediately; it's disgusting."

"Stayed for 1 night during a visit to Angers. Convenient location and easy walking to most tourist attractions ; the tram is also available right across from the hotel. Very nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, nespresso machine, robes, slippers for Accor members.. There is the added advantage of hotel parking ($20 E). It is recommended to join the Accor loyalty program (free) for special benefits and offers. I would stay again."

"A lot of positive points. First, the greetings, the kindness, the availability and the advice from my host. The simplicity for the transportation with Jalla ( Again, a big thanks to him for bringing me everywhere! ). Also, the beauty of the spot, really calm, spacious, and a quality bedding. The three-filled garden. The pool is really appreciated. Finally, the greatest quality of the food. Some delicious dishes and really copious. A superb marrocan cook culture with a lot of different dishes cooked with heart, and trust me you can feel it. I really recommend this guest house and I will probably come back again as soon as possible!"

"If you're visiting in the summer, be sure to prepare for the heat. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the rooms are nice, but there's no air conditioning. The hotel staff are friendly and provide a lot of useful travel information, but the rooms don't have air conditioning. I booked an apartment suite, which was fully equipped and very convenient, except for the lack of air conditioning. The surrounding area has complete amenities and is very convenient for getting around, but the rooms didn't have air conditioning on a hot day. In short, be aware that if you're visiting in the summer, this hotel is great in every way except for the lack of air conditioning."

"The hotel is located a good 15 minutes walk from the station (or 5 minutes by streecar). It is close to the city centre with numerous dining and shopping options around. The building is from the 1970s, the rooms are quite small especially the bathrooms. The soundproofing is bad: I could easily understand the host from the TV show running in the room nextdoors... The interior is a bit dated, especially the bedding was old and really needs to be replaced. The breakfast was OK, but there was not enough staff to clean up the tables quickly."
