設施設備比較新，整體環境好，非常乾淨。早餐品種豐富，大人和小孩都比較滿意。就是假期人多，現場煮麪和煎雞蛋以及咖啡等有點來不及供應。酒店樓下有停車場，停車也很方便。

十一漲價都能理解，但是心這麼黑也是第一次見，沒有環境可言，快捷酒店都比這強。先説説房間的衞生，牀頭櫃的灰都沒擦乾淨，馬桶邊地上油膩膩的。定了兩晚，第一天8點多去吃早飯，人多的跟菜市場一樣，連盤子都被搶光了，後來跟人家聊天才知道，酒店隔壁還有一棟公寓，499兩晚，烏泱泱的人被騙過來，然後也在酒店餐廳用早餐，可想而知得多少人，我們要趕去景點，就沒浪費時間排隊吃早飯，第二天不得不早上7點就去吃早餐，衹為避開高峯，體驗感負100分。
700塊錢一晚屬實是賺了黑心錢，我們第三天去的浙北大峽谷，周邊民宿環境比酒店好太多了，價格還低。真是花錢買教訓，這個酒店能勸退一個是一個

酒店隔音差，早餐管理混亂，實在是沒有什麼滿意的地方，不知道這個為什麼可以評上五星酒店，以後不會再住了

設施：很滿意
衞生：很乾凈
環境：酒店自帶户外花園，在裏面散散步特別舒服愜意
服務：管家和裏面工作人員很熱情
下一次親戚或朋友來安吉會推薦這家酒店，住的很舒服，離各個景區及火車站都很近～
