"Around 10 to 11 AM on May 1st, as I was staying in a family room with two others, I ran into a housekeeper cleaning rooms on the 3rd floor. I asked for some toilet paper because we needed more. (When I checked in on the evening of April 30th, there was only a small amount left. Since I was alone then, it was enough, so I didn't ask for more. But on the 1st, with three of us in the family room, we definitely needed extra.) To my surprise, the housekeeper told me to ask the front desk. I pointed out that normally, when we need something, we can just ask the cleaning staff. She then reluctantly told her son (who I assume was on holiday and working with her) to give me a roll. Seeing that a minor was present, I didn't push the issue further. However, I found her response of telling me to ask the front desk for toilet paper very confusing and unreasonable. Everything else was great though."

I have to rave about it! - Superb Location: The hotel is right next to Chengxin Shopping Center at No. 136 Silk Network Street, making shopping, dining, and leisure incredibly convenient. During my business trips, I could easily relax and stroll around the mall. - Pleasant Environment: From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt the comfortable and warm atmosphere. The lobby was bright and spacious, stylishly decorated, and the rooms were clean and tidy with comfortable bedding and a separate shower and toilet area – a truly comfortable stay. - Thoughtful Service: The front desk staff checked me in very quickly and were incredibly welcoming. They called beforehand to confirm my arrival time, and upon arrival, they proactively introduced the hotel's facilities and services, helped decorate my new room, and even inquired about my stay afterward – so thoughtful! The restaurant staff were also very attentive, promptly clearing the table and refilling drinks during breakfast. - Excellent facilities: The room facilities are very new, and there's a 24-hour self-service bar on the second floor where you can freely mix and match tea and coffee, which is incredibly convenient for a coffee lover like me. If I have the chance to visit Anping again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice!"
