避雷這家店！體驗感太差！1、衞生差：馬桶都沒刷乾淨，還有污漬，而且還是壞的，桌子上的杯子還有灰塵，地面也沒打掃乾淨。2、沒有熱水：網上預訂的時候寫的24小時熱水，竟然沒有熱水，一直到第二天退房都沒熱水，最後找前台溝通退了203、態度差：沒有熱水，前台竟然不想着給顧客好好道個歉，就等着顧客去找你們協商溝通？最後嚴重避雷這家店。如今服務行業不就是靠服務取勝嗎？
