"An unpleasant stay. The room smelled bad (from the bathroom), noisy, dusty furniture, very bad breakfast, bad quality, instant coffee from the machine, stale food. The price is too much for what the hotel offers. The only good thing was that this hotel was the only one in Arad that charged us the online price Even if we didn’t have a reservation. We tried 6 other hotels and they told us a double price without an online reservation."

"The water was smelly hardly drinkable, the kettle was dirty and in the spa some elements were broken. The main problem was that when we raised these problems the staff was rude accusing us of lying. I have never experienced such inappropriate behaviour at a five star hotel."

"The best! A new luxury hotel with a great position, secured parking. The rooms are big and nice. They even have rooms for 4 people. Pillow and mattress very comfy. The breakfast is good, very tasty. Easy to reach and very nice host. Also they have a nice terrace."
