"Convenient location, but as an older hotel, the facilities are just average."

"I made the best choice at this location. Communication with the host was excellent! Secured parking, everything new and very tasteful. Also attention to details. Excellent bed, pillows too. Everything clean. Breakfast was enough. It will definitely remain, the first choice when we were moving around the city."

"Our stay at this hotel has been extremely disappointing, especially since we are here for a tournament. We booked single beds for all 5 nights, but when we arrived, we were given a double bed. We only received single beds for the last 2 nights, despite specifically booking them for the entire stay. There were also several facilities that we expected to have but did not. There was no mini fridge, despite it being advertised, and the spa was supposed to be included but was not. There were also supposed to be shoe-cleaning facilities, but these were unavailable. The hotel also does not offer money exchange or dinner, which is very inconvenient. Breakfast was another issue. We were told that on weekends it opens at 8:00 AM instead of 7:00 AM, but this was not mentioned on the hotel’s information/rules sheet. For guests attending a tournament and needing to leave early, this is a major inconvenience. Overall, we feel that the hotel did not provide what was advertised or what we booked. The lack of communication and the missing facilities made our stay much more difficult than it should have been. We would not recommend this hotel, especially to people staying here for a tournament."

"The water was smelly hardly drinkable, the kettle was dirty and in the spa some elements were broken. The main problem was that when we raised these problems the staff was rude accusing us of lying. I have never experienced such inappropriate behaviour at a five star hotel."

"This place is very pet friendly. We traveled with our dog and the hotel staff was very attentive. We were even allowed with the dog in the restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast. The rooms are nice and comfy. We all loved it there and we are going back in a few days."
