"Been to this hotel before and loved it all the staff are very friendly really nice people . A very relaxing hotel with a really nice pool side . Rooms are clean and tidy Breakfast very good always enjoy . Me and the wife love our cats so for us its the best hotel there so well looked after which completes our holiday . My only comment to non cat people would be that you are visiting there home where they happily live so if that does not suit you sod off elsewhere ."

"The selling features of this hotel is first and foremost its location, followed by its outward appearance. Beyond that , the rooms are tiny and hot with no effective air conditioning , surprisingly dirty and a night desk clerk that is rude, inefficient and should be fired. The restaurant staff are lovely but the food is average"

"We had booked a 4 night stay for my husband's birthday. Unfortunately on our arrival it became apparent that there was an issue with our booking - our online travel agent had booked the correct dates BUT FOR THE WRONG YEAR 🥶 they had booked us for 2025. Lillia & Adele on Reception were amazing - they assisted in trying to contact our travel agent & they also managed to secure us a room for 3 nights out of the 4 - we were very lucky. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για τη βοήθειά σας κορίτσια 🩷 The hotel is central, with the main square at the top of the road (turn left as you exit the hotel) Plenty of bars & tavernas around We had a double room, very spacious, lovely bathroom. Breakfast was buffet style - variety of hot & cold foods available. Would definitely stay again 🩷"

"This place was perfect in every way possible. From the beach towels, down to the soft slippers. Everything was amazing quality, including the bathroom amenities. Katerina & Spyros were available if you ever needed anything. Full kitchen amenities, and cold still & sparkling water waiting for you on arrival. Walking distance to restaurants, with a nice view of the sunset."

"We had the best time ever at the Casaly Hotel. We cannot possibly do the excellence of this establishment justice in a single review. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left everything was superb. The reception staff (special mention for Martine, Katerina and Erica 🤗) are so helpful with advice on where to go. We had a car for the duration of our stay and they took so much time to explain where things were on the map and the best places to eat. The WhatsApp service is brilliant, I'd highly recommend you use this if you go. We were Bed & Breakfast. The service provided by Irene and Dimitri at breakfast is simply superb, they are so helpful, friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed chatting with them every morning. For our day trips we were given clean towels to take and loaned a beach umbrella. My wife had a massage at the spa and said it was amazing, the therapist was so good. The location of the hotel is very good. Right on the front at Argostolli so close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. There's specific parking right next to the hotel for guests and the porters are really helpful in assisting you to ensure you part safely. When we come to Kefalonia again (and we definitely will be!!) we will stay at The Casaly for certain - it is just outstanding!!! Thanks to all the staff at the hotel for making out stay so memorable ♥️"

"We didn’t go in June 24, we have stayed here & times over th3 years, such memories, we spent our honeymoon here, making a good friend of the original owner Jerry, then later with Jerry, Jenny and little Jerry. , we had some amazing times here and thanks to Jerry for being a good and funny friend, thanks to Makis who gave me a bottle of water when I came over to find out what was happening ( he must have thought me crazy turning up , middle of the day covered is sweat! We’re finally getting back to the island next year. Looking forward to walking back up the hill under the stars from town. Hope they have got rid of Jerrys automatic pool cleaner as you couldn’t go near when he was cleaning it.anyway, for those who know it’s a perfect place"
