Never saw anyone on my departure either I won’t stay here again , there are other properties worth the money "

"First, this is not really a hotel. Just some rooms on top of a bar and restaurant. Staff said cannot find my booking at counter. They told the "Manager". But Manager not trying to help us. She went to do her own stuff. After I asked what I am waiting, The "Manager" finally came but ask us when we book the hotel. But later I found My name is on her booking excel actually. They just don't want to take care of us."

"The hotel's ambiance is absolutely wonderful, and the autumn scenery is stunning. The front desk lady was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and patient, even offering complimentary milk – much appreciated! The facilities are excellent, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Plus, it comes with a private courtyard. The free parking lot has plenty of spaces, and it's very quiet at night. From check-in to check-out, everything was convenient and comfortable. A truly pleasant stay, highly recommended."

"Rooms were tight in Arrowtown for the Golden Autumn Festival from April 24th to 27th, and we were lucky enough to book two consecutive nights at the Arrowtown House Boutique Hotel. The hotel is in a prime location: turn right at the intersection, then left and walk about 500 meters to the town's main street (Buckingham Street). The hotel is small, but elegantly and warmly maintained, with plenty of attention to detail. While the lobby is small, it provides daily snacks and fruit (Figure 5) for guests to enjoy, and there's also a welcome gift upon check-in. The breakfast was excellent, and the friendly and helpful female staff at the restaurant proactively provided Golden Autumn Festival information, ensuring we didn't miss the Anzac Parade. Turn left and walk about 100 meters to Arrowtown War Memorial Park, offering bird's-eye views of the town (Figure 9)."

"These apartments were an amazing find! The location is tranquil and set amongst the hills. Only about a 15 minute walk to Arrowtown. It is well equipped and you want for nothing. The beds are incredible! We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, and it had three toilets and two ensuites. Tastefully decorated, warm and so comfortable. Even has garage parking with internal access and off street parking for two other vehicles. We went down for our son’s wedding and on the morning of the wedding the water was cut off in the street. Scott the Manager was FANTASTIC, he went above and beyond to find us an alternative in another hotel for showering. Can’t rate highly enough. Will definitely be back."
