"Rooms are spacious with a sliding door separating bedroom and living room/kitchenette area. Microwave, mini-fridge, counter top. Sabbath observers: mechanical keys, shabbat elevator. Only Friday night meal. No lunch so you need to arrange your own. Pool on 3rd floor is smallish for the size of the hotel"

"The breakfast was excellent and the people at the front desk were helpful Note that they do not speak English. Just Hebrew and Russian. There wasn't shampoo in the shower. I had to ask for a hair dryer. No kleenex in the bathroom. Also, no hand towels, Coat rack to hand clothes but no closet."

"We had been staying in Tel Aviv and wanted a spa break for a couple of days without a long drive. Couldn't have chosen better, just 40 mind or so from Tel Aviv. Really friendly, helpful staff, great room (we had the loft room with our own jacuzzi) We ate at the on-site restaurant Alberto, lovely food, reasonably priced and good service. Had a couple of treatments, spa staff helpful and friendly. Hotel has small pool but perfectly adequate. Would definitely return and would have no hesitation in recommending."

"My husband booked this hotel for one night, said he upgraded us to a club room and booked us in the business lounge, well who does not like something nice after work even if it is only a hour half away from your home , first room we were given was the smallest room on the floor according to the map in the door and nothing as the advertised the pictures on any of the web sites, we were given another room , also a old fashioned room not the club room we paid for , not nice and bright , with full length windows , this was dark , small windows , old furniture, not much bigger then the last room , but reception would not listen to us , Now to the business lounge that my husband was sure he paid for , what a joke , it’s free for everyone, and it serves - that’s a joke , bread and butter , coffee and tea , orange juice and water and a bit of dry salad , and cakes , same food from 1pm until 9pm , if you want alcohol you have to pay , never been in a business lounge when the food offered is so poor , can’t wait to see our bill at check out to see if we paid for this when it clearly states free to everyone on the welcome paperwork Their advertising pictures are very misleading, this hotel is very old , the shower is broken , go elsewhere , nothing but the train station outside , breakfast is one of the poorest Israeli ones I have ever eaten in this country , tiny dining room , most of the items not fresh , why have stale cucumbers out, they are yucky , areas were dirty , no forks on the tables , were told they were in the dish washer !!!!, get real - please go elsewhere , wish we had"

"I had a very comfortable stay at the Joseph hotel. The room and bathroom was very clean. It was good to have hot water showers . The hotel was very central, within walking distance to the Old Jaffa port and even within walking distance to Carmel Markwt (approx 30 minutes easy walk). The reception staff were all polite and helpful. They assisted with directions and went out their way to help me to get my transport app going. The breakfast was good which included fresh salad, fried eggs and a good selection of pastries amongst others. The hotel is right opposite the light rail station of Bloomfield Stadium and that is a bonus if you are taking the light rail to the central train station. Thank you to the reception staff for all your help and answering my many questions. Overall, I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tel Aviv."
