Very friendly and helpful staff. New and comfortable hotel. Clean and with a good breakfast. Close to a metro station.

Unfortunately, we stayed at this hotel at a different time than we booked! I made the wrong Month, and then wrote to both the hotel and the reservation service, but they didn’t help me, they didn’t return the money, and I paid twice! The hotel itself is average, but considering the price-quality ratio in its range. I don’t want to go back, but the city itself is terribly dirty...☹️

The hotel is not bad for what it is. The area in which it is located is very bad, we did not dare to arrive or leave later than 8. Dangerous area, with people sleeping on the street, .... One day we asked for the snacks that are on the menu to be prepared for us, and they didn't want to.

The hotel is only a 500-minute walk from the central Omonia Square metro station, but in a fairly run-down area. The hotel itself has been renovated relatively recently and offers a good, varied breakfast, as well as large rooms with two double beds and a large glass shower. What is incomprehensible, however, is that the elements of the laminate flooring can be moved (cut too short) and that this condition is left as it is. Mold has also formed in the great shower, which you can clearly smell. Both defects are easy to fix. Why doesn't this happen before the condition gets worse? This is where the hotel management and maintenance needs to be addressed.

I have visited the hotel several times, but unfortunately this time I am very disappointed. Some of the bed linen was dirty, toiletries were not replenished regularly, the floor had not been mopped and there was dust and stains on the table, floor and in the bathroom.

When we arrived at Boss Boutique Hotel, the staff greeted us, asked us the name of the reservation and immediately informed us that our reservation was changed and that we would be staying at another hotel. We asked for explanations which they could not provide because they did not know any more. A reception staff took us to another hotel: Evita Asty Hotel. When we got there we were quite unhappy because we went from booking a 5 star hotel to a 3 star hotel. Although the staff at Evita Asty Hotel were very friendly, the reservation was not what we had made. When we arrived in the room, there were 3 single beds even though there were only 2 of us. The size of the bathroom and the bedroom are OK but the size of the bathroom sink needs to be reviewed. It was a tiny basin, barely big enough to wash your hands properly, impossible to wash your face without putting water everywhere, on top of that the tap moved in all directions because it was a little detached from the the basin. There was a balcony but the door was locked and impossible to access. Even with the windows and doors open, we could hear the noise of the road, great if you are a light sleeper. It was like living in Paris with all the noise of the traffic, the sound of sirens, etc. The beds weren't very comfortable or maybe it was the atmosphere of the room that prevented us from sleeping properly. There was a television in the room but it only had local channels, no possibility of connecting your Netflix or other account to watch TV.

We are here for the third time, this time we are very disappointed. The hotel is usually nice, perfectly located. Stylish and large rooms. Apart from the fact that the prices have gone up and everything has become a bit more expensive... -Service in the kitchen unfriendly, no smile, no greeting (a matter of opinion) - Rooms cleaned irregularly every day, either towels, toothbrushes, bathrobes are missing, dirty covers and the shower wasn't cleaned at all for a few days. Furniture, doors and walls dirty. Unfortunately, expectations are high for the hotel and for the price of €90 per night Cleaning was simply catastrophic, not carried out completely despite repeated requests. We do not recommend the hotel!
