"My son and I (and two dogs) stayed here for one night during a road trip for hiking. From reading the old reviews it seems like the new owners have really been putting in hard work to bring this place back to life; they are still working on it but everything was clean and amenities have been upgraded from previous photos such as flat screen tv with plenty of satellite channels and a ceiling fan with a remote (which I had to take a picture of because I loved it and want to find one for myself). If you want fancy and new this isn't the place for you but if you are like me and enjoy the motels with midcentury history but modern upgrades, it's a great stay. They accommodated my dogs for a lower pet fee than anywhere else and the customer service couldn't have been any better. I'd definitely stay again."

"We recently stayed at this brand-new property, and while it is experiencing a few expected opening growing pains, the exceptional service more than made up for it.Upon check-in, we discovered the air conditioning in our original room was not working. The front desk team handled the situation flawlessly and immediately turned a negative into a positive.Special recognition goes to Lola, Sam, Alaina, and Alandra. They were absolutely amazing, incredibly accommodating, and went above and beyond to resolve our issue by proactively upgrading us to a beautiful complimentary room.The hospitality shown by these four individuals is a testament to the high standards Marriott aims for. New hotels always have minor kinks to iron out, but with a stellar staff like this, guests are in excellent hands. We will definitely be back!"
