You will be greeted by a visually pleasing, neat and well thought-out resort segmented into 4 groups of accommodation and 1 common area for day visitors. My family and I were served by the friendly and respectful staff, and were able to enjoy the beach, poolside and terrace where we shared a meal. I highly recommend this place for a day trip and longer."

"⭐ Terrible Service & Extremely Rude Management Absolutely terrible experience. The service was poor, and the management was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The way our concerns were handled was completely unacceptable, and I was genuinely disgusted by the attitude and treatment we received. I will never stay here again, and I would not encourage anyone else to stay here either. Very disappointing and definitely not the level of service or professionalism you would expect from a hospitality business."

"Infact if I have not made payment I would have canceled my reservation due to directions to the place. At Signs boards at each junction from Akortia Junction toward Gomoa-Feteh and other T and + Junctions toward that bush road. Management can definitely do better. Staff service very fantastic. But because of their directions and road nature. 🙄"

"My friends and I with our families spent 3 nights there from 17th to 20th August 2025. The place is beautiful with good food however there are thieves there too. An item got stolen from one of the rooms when the cleaners came to clean. Although we reported, no one came to apologise, the man who cleaned the room was not questioned or searched. It was as if nothing had been taken even though we reported the theft. Yes you can go there but keep your personal belongings safe especially when the cleaners come to clean."

"Highly disappointed, they didn’t allow the access to swimming pool even with swim wear t-shirts. The staff couldn’t even distinguish between swimwear t-shirts and ordinary t-shirts.i was wearing a swimwear t-shirt but the staff kept on insisting that my t-shirt is not allowed as it is an ordinary t-shirt. The Manager named as Benjamin was absolutely okay and didn’t even care when i told him that i will write a negative review. This is not acceptable at all, management Tills Beach."

"This trip was for our honeymoon. The trip started off really lovely. The view was nice, the hotel honoured my request but the scoring I gave was brought down by incredibly slow food service and basically being locked up in our room due to a conference meeting which was being held in the reception area. On average, we had to wait 2hours before we had any food. We scheduled a couples massage for 12pm but didn’t have it until after 1pm and only one person showed up to give us the massage so we had to go one at a time. Today our breakfast was brought up to us around 8:30 and we were told there was a conference going on. I was disappointed as I have enjoyed having my breakfast infront of the sea shore since we got here. Then when we were leaving, I thought it would be nice to sit on the beach and wait until our official checkout time and until our taxi arrived. Instead we were ushered out of the hotel and settled our bill outside and waited while our car came. This was because the conference was STILL going on. This really destroyed my entire trip. I’m so disappointed as I had previously hyped up the trip to friends and family so much so my brother brought his girlfriend for a spontaneous day trip to experience the hotel. I will not be recommending this place again. There is so much work to be done"
