"It is a newer hotel in town and near the station, a good option if you are not driving. Car park is free if you are driving and there are quite a number of lots which is on-site. The castle park, shopping street and historical temples are within walkable distance for sightseeing. As one of the few high-rise structures here, you can get quite a nice view of the town too. The hotel is part of the Route Inn chain, rooms are pretty standard and has everything you need, there is also a hot bath area. Breakfast is okay with a couple of regional items : it can get crowded in the early hours on peak travel period."

"The welcome coffee was good. It was nice that disposable chopsticks were provided immediately and free of charge. Amenities: I tried using the razor, but it bled in multiple places and wasn't very sharp, so I won't use it next time. It was nice that there were disposable body wash towels, but they sometimes stung. Were there any issues that bothered us, but you could say that the amenities were worth it for the low usage fee."

"Since I smoke, I stayed in the main building. The room was clean, but there was a bit of noise around, so if that bothers you, the new building might be better."

"It is located on the side of National Route 9 near the industrial park on the outskirts of Fukuchiyama City. The parking lot is large and convenient to go by private car, but there is no hotel pick-up from Fukuchiyama Station, so I think it is a little inconvenient by train. There is a ministop along the national highway at the entrance of the hotel, so it is convenient because you can buy a little food and drink. The room was spacious and relaxing. The bath is a garden around the open-air bath, and the sauna is also in the open-air bath area, so you can relax. If you ask at the front desk, you can get a free bathing ticket for the affiliated Fukuchiyama Onsen Yoro no Yu, which is a few minutes away by car."

"Since I was staying for three days, I chose this hotel because it was cheap. It was a bit tiring having to be considerate of my family and foreign guests, but I recommend staying one night. The staff were very kind and helpful."
