"The stay was awesome we stayed for 5 nights the staff was overwhelming and very polite they also provided complimentary upgrade, the hotel is situated in outskirts of Manali in a serene location with nice hill views and snow covered views . Food was top notch and room was centrally heated. The front desk staff and restaurant staff was very helpful and helped in every request."

"Am sharing this email with the customers that this resort is totally a mishap as they don't have a courtesy for the emergency situation. We strongly disagree with the contents of your below-mentioned email, which are factually incorrect and unjustified. Please note that we had connected with your team at least 25 times on 23 January, clearly informing you that due to heavy snowfall and blocked roads, it was impossible and unsafe for us to move out. These communications were made well in advance and were solely driven by serious safety concerns. The situation in Manali on and around 23 January was widely reported across national newspapers and media, highlighting road blockages, severe snowfall, and life-threatening conditions. We request you to kindly verify the same from public records instead of making unwarranted remarks. It is extremely unfortunate that basic human concern appears to be completely missing, and instead of acknowledging a force majeure situation, nuisance remarks have been made in your email. Despite the entire nation being aware of the havoc caused due to heavy snowfall in Manali, your company continued to urge us to travel as per the booking dated 23 January, thereby putting our lives at serious risk."
