"This motel is value for money & practical for accommodation. Booked 7 days with free parking. New clean bathroom & fresh wall painting. No big drama about checking in/out or anything. The stay was simple & enjoyable & close to Carousel Big Mall.
2 different guests parked in our designated lot for 2 consecutive days for our astonishment but no big deal. Just got concerned about being asked from any guest when I parked into another unit's lot because mine was taken. Also The queen bed had too smooth running wheels (like Coles trolley) that used to slide & glide over the new floor tiles each time you mount the bed for reading/sleeping. That was by far the biggest joke we experienced during our stay. Recommended!"

GGuest UserThis is our second time staying here, and it honestly just keeps getting better! From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and super helpful — they really make you feel at home every time.
The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. You can tell the team takes real pride in keeping everything perfect.
The breakfast buffet is a huge highlight — so many delicious options! Fresh pastries, barista coffee, fruit, and hot dishes made to perfection. It’s the kind of breakfast you actually look forward to waking up for.
We also love how peaceful the hotel feels, yet it’s close to everything. The gym is so well equipped and pool is well maintained.
It’s easy to see why we keep coming back — it’s consistently amazing every time. Can’t wait for our next stay!

MM318418****The hotel was absolutely luxurious! The outdoor pool was wonderfully heated, so I took a dip – highly recommended! Just be aware it closes before 6 PM. I won't be posting photos of the pool, though, as I've only granted Ctrip permission to use a selection of my pictures. The hotel also provided a lovely welcome gift: four boxes (eight pieces total) of Koko Black chocolates and a bottle of champagne, as pictured. I visited the casino too; it was massive. I watched others play and it seemed like almost everyone was losing. Don't even bother, my friends!

I think room service forgot to give us toothbrush, only have 1 shower cap in the toilet, i am not sure if toothbrush is provided, anyway we have our own, so didn’t bother to ask, i like the room concept walking wardrobe, location near Chinatown alot chinese/asian food at night, friday night/weekend could be crowded on the street, while the other side of Perth city is very quite after 7.30 pm, so you prefer lively or quite at night ? I will consider to stay this hotel if i go to Perth again, especially they give breakfast 😀

GGuest UserThe room is spacious with a nice big table enough for a family of 4 to gather around. The view from our room was unblocked and the hotel within a short walking distance to the main shopping belt In Perth. It is also relatively near to the lively botonical garden. The main downside for us was the bed was soft.

The location is in the city center, convinient for travel, surrounded by pedestrian street and the city hall.
The decor was amazed, the fasiliticies were execellent.
Room comfortable, food and drink for breakfast many varieties with so beautiful restoran decor.
It is a good choice for Perth travel.
But, we must call housekeeping just to ask for water and handuk, everyday for 4 days during we stay!!!...
I dont know why, because i set stay for 4 adult when booked.
Yess, sure, we will back and stay here again when we travel to Perth.

The hotel is located in a convenient location, just a short walk from public transportation options.
Upon arrival, the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they efficiently checked me in and provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel's amenities and the surrounding area.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed would highly recommend it to anyone. The combination of its prime location, beautiful historic ambiance, and excellent customer service make it a true gem in the city.

NNURAINIi arrived around 10am. the staff was considerate to allow us for eraly check in. indeed we really need it after overnight flight. my son was comfortable staying in this hotel. walkable to murray street for grocery shopping, perth library and perth main train station. for muslims there are near to halal eateries like karache by sani , indonesian resto. strategic location and room size was good for 4 of us (2adults , 1toddler and 1 kid aged 6y). overall wonderful stay here

AAgnesCherOur room was quite big. It comes with a queen and single bed. There's a balcony but there's no view.
The hotel location is very good You can walk to Fremantle Market in less than 5 mins. You can walk to Kailis Fishmarket Cafe or Cicerello's within 5 mins.
It is also very convenient if you are going to Rottnest Island because you can walk to the boarding place near the E Shed Market without having to look for a parking there which is very limited.
Well the negative side is parking at the hotel is not free. It is AUD30.00 for hotel guests with multiple entries from 12pm till 12pm the following day.

GGuest UserVery nice and clean. Some maintenance but not noisy at night. No pool but nearby there is a very beautiful pool for $8.30 AUD. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Buffet was awesome. Fruits, yogurt, bacon, eggs, cereal, waffle machine, bread and they even have gluten free options!

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay , parking was convenient and pool was lovely , great location, would have been nice to get a room facing the pool , will ask next time .
We asked about having no ice , was told it has to be requested, bit silly as people like a drink on arrival in there room and if there was ever a burns incident you'd be stuffed .
Will stay again .
