Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel is worth any penny spent. The rooms are designed to soothe those with physicsl and or psychological ailments with the tea infusions that have sprained in the room. There is a big barth tub, no expenses sre measured when it comes to pleasing customers. The bath tub was comfortable and th3 affirmations around the room made it a really comfortable stay. Excellent panaromic views of Perth Cbd directly in front and if you look further out the window there is urban regentrified Northbridge. The gym is very comfortable. It compensated for the lack of swimming pool. Othereise, the amneitirs in the room, the design palacated me enough to enjoy my stay.

GGuest UserA distinctive hotel with a minimalist aesthetic, one that strives to have personalized service but perhaps overstretches what it can accomplish. Very spacious rooms, almost too spacious given the design features, unless one plans to entertain, and limitations in practical design—the one small table in my room was nearly three meters from a power outlet, making it a burden to keep a computer charged. I had an oddly unhelpful exchange with the concierge before arrival (as if I didn’t know how to use Google) and little subsequent support. On the pro side, the room was spotless and truly refreshed twice a day, and the breakfast was quite generous, the quality excellent. Indeed the restaurants were the real highlight—the beetroot risotto was wonderfully rich and flavorful, sweetness tempered by a generous addition of parmigiana. Yet overall, I think if I return to Perth I will try the Ritz Carleton.

FFanruixiaThis hotel has a rich history, and the room facilities are well-maintained. The service is also good. It's only a three to four-minute walk to Elizabeth Pier, as well as the bus and train stations. Plus, there's a covered walkway right outside that leads directly to the station, so you don't have to worry about bad weather.

GGuest UserWe arrived at the hotel around 9am and had wanted to deposit our luggage but was told that our room  was ready and we could check in! Thanks Marcia and Marjaa-lis! The room was clean, shower pressure was good, fridge was cold  , beds were comfy and you had everything you need for a good stay. The towels could be softer though, but overall I am happy. Breakfast was nice with a good spread and coffee  and tea were were fantastic. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Thanks Binisha and Laura for the warmth and welcoming smiles. See ya soon!

QQingkuangyouThis hotel is located in the heart of Perth, right by the river, surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, shops, a shopping mall, and upscale apartments, making for a beautiful environment. It's also not far from Chinatown, about a 15-minute walk. The hotel rooms are well-equipped, and our room offered lovely views of the river and the surrounding area. Both the bedding and the toiletries, including bath towels, were excellent and generously replenished each day. We especially appreciated the unlimited bottled water, which was a huge plus for us as we drink a lot of water. The bathroom even had a spacious clothes rack, perfect for hanging several items. The service was good, and the room was always kept very clean. The only issue was that the shower area didn't have a door, so water tended to splash out easily.

AAnonymous UserThe environment and facilities are excellent. We even received complimentary handmade chocolates upon check-in. As for the price, I managed to snag a 3-night consecutive stay package during a Ctrip promotion, which worked out to saving ¥1,000 per day! There's a large free parking lot, and it's about a 6-minute walk back to the hotel.

KKeniferaxWe enjoyed the stay at the hotel. It is spacious and if you are having a road trip, me being the driving could park and enjoy a drink, then you could walk back to the hotel for the night. We had pizza at the restaurant and we think the food is nice. Took a lot of picture near the vineyard and it was really nice. Definitely recommend the stay. However, you must be aware they do not have employees at the area for 24hrs, therefore if you plan to check-in late like us, you must arrange in advance.

GGuest UserI am writing this to warn other travelers about a major security and privacy failure we experienced at Duxton Hotel WA. Upon returning to our room at 8:55 PM, we were shocked to find our room door fully open and propped up with a wooden door wedge. Our room was located near the elevator, meaning our personal belongings and privacy were completely exposed to every passerby for nearly 5 hours (housekeeping finished at 4:30 PM). The most disappointing part was the management's response. They admitted the mistake but refused a refund, justifying it by saying ”CCTV showed no one entered” and ”nothing was stolen.” This logic is absurd. Security is about prevention, not just reporting after a crime occurs. Whether or not someone entered is a matter of LUCK, but leaving the door open was a total failure of their ”Duty of Care.” They offered a bottle of wine and breakfast, which we declined as it felt like a dismissive gesture for such a serious security issue. If you value your privacy and safety, think twice before staying here. A 5-star hotel should not have a 0-star security protocol.

WWohaizhishigebaobaoneThis is my second time staying here. The room is spacious enough, very quiet, and the bedding is comfortable. The cleanliness, however, is just so-so; the bath towels had noticeable black stains. On the first day, I ate takeout at the dining table, and when I returned the next evening, I found the oil stains were still there. The cleaning staff is not very thorough. Parking is $50 a night. Overall, it's great value for money. It's a 5-minute walk to the city, and there's a newly opened Mr. King Beef Noodle nearby which is pretty good.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at Crown. Their online check in is very convenient. We were promised a voucher for 4 because our request for written birthday card for our kids in the room was forgotten but the voucher was also forgotten. We also noticed they do not offer any complimentary water bottle in the room. All in all we had a nice stay.
