Arxan Hotels with Balcony

I am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience. I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed. After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend. In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness. Thank you brother. I look forward to returning in the near future with my partner, and when my mandarin is better.

Lele manager and front desk service are warm and thoughtful, free upgrade, very intimate. The room is clean and tidy, and the toilet intelligent control is easy to use. The location of the hotel is good, it is very convenient to go to scenic spots such as Tianchi. The parking lot is large, parking is available in front of the door and in the yard. There are many varieties of dinner, fast food, good taste and good service. Good stay experience and feel at home.

The owner and her family are really great. The room was neat and clean, and since we arrived early, we were able to pick a room with a mountain view outside the window. We originally planned to stay for two nights, but due to an urgent family matter, we had to check out a day early. The owner processed our refund without any fuss, which we really appreciate.

The front desk wanted to upgrade a room in the off-season. There was a team to stay. I still wanted to be quiet. Aershan is a European-style building. The unique loft style is available. The space is OK. I live alone. It is clean, quiet and I am more used to it.

Overall, it's ok to live. The room was very clean and quite spacious for 4 adults. Breakfast is 10 yuan per person opposite. It's relatively simple. If you go early, you'll be late and you won't have anything to eat. Disadvantages: The toilet is small, the water heater has a small water storage capacity, and the hot water is gone before the water temperature is adjusted. The faucet in the sink was not fixed and difficult to use. The room for 5 people was only given 3 pairs of slippers and 3 sets of disposable items, and the attitude was very bad when asking for them. Because we arrived after dark, the staff opened the door and left. My family and I went out again in the evening. When we came back after 11 o'clock, we went to the front desk to find the key. I was told that I had to pay a 100 deposit to get the key. The two staff members didn't tell me when I checked in. They would have given me the check-in earlier, so I wouldn't have gone around looking for someone to open the door in the middle of the night.

價格：旅遊城市，都不是太便宜。 服務：前台姐姐和大哥很親和，氣質符合民宿風格，免費升級了一晚房型，增加多種體驗，因為最後一天要坐火車，要了幾雙拖鞋和牙刷都有滿足。 設施：新裝修的民宿，整體新，大堂和庭院比較有設計感，院子裏還有一個烤爐，冬天圍爐應該很有意思。房間設施都是新的，桌子比較小，星空房的窗簾是自動的，但是透光厲害；下水道用的是軟管，消水較慢，建議集中更換或者處理一下；需要批評的是淋浴，熱水難調節、洗完一個得等30min才會有熱水，親測其實用水量小可以連續洗2-3個，但還是要謹慎，阿爾山晚上涼，該等等，避免感冒。 衞生：總體不錯，漱口杯用一次性的很有通，乾淨衞生。 位置：阿爾山市小，沒有太大優勢，但是在別墅區，晚上不會太吵。 早餐：按例份的，麪包片、培根、香腸、雞蛋、聖女果、牛奶/桃汁二選一，能吃得挺飽，也不會浪費，味道不錯 其他：三樓靠邊的雙床房晚上會有聲響，像是抽水機或者什麼機器運行的聲音，十一二點後就沒有。 圖片和視頻都不是星空雙床房，是升級後的有陽台的雙床房

The room was clean and tidy, and the space was very high, much higher than the floors of most hotels and quiet. Stayed for two nights and was particularly comfortable. The hotel's dining is also very good, breakfast coffee, milk, soy milk, etc., there is also a meal delivery service, and the dishes are delicious. The whole hotel has sufficient heating, although it is more than 30 degrees below zero outside, but the interior is warm. Aershan City Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Aershan Railway Station. Opposite the hotel is Aershan Coach Station.

The landlady was very considerate and wanted to buy some mushrooms for my dad to take home. She said she hadn’t come down yet and would buy them later. After playing in the evening, she reminded her repeatedly to turn on the heating blanket, and she slept very comfortably at night. Since the children couldn’t drink local water, , the proprietress lent us her hot water bottle to heat water for the elderly and children. Although they are small things, they are very attentive and thoughtful. You can see the ice-free river from the room

The room exceeded expectations, the balcony of the room is opposite the large lawn and the downtown square, the scenery is beautiful! The sister at the front desk said that the sunrise on the balcony was absolutely amazing, but I couldn't get up after 4 o'clock, sorry. Standing on the balcony, the lights in the city are on in the evening, it feels like a fairy tale town!

I arrived at the hotel yesterday and was greeted by a very welcoming reception. The hotel is very clean. The food is quite delicious. The chef is quite chubby and very welcoming. He also has a great sense of humor. The room was dry and comfortable at night, which they attributed to the geothermal heating. It's clear this hotel puts a lot of effort into its work. We woke up a little after 6:00 and had breakfast at 7:00. It was the best breakfast we had on our trip, and I give a thumbs up to the owner. The breakfast was very thoughtfully prepared. Enough talk. Let's see for ourselves! I highly recommend this hotel! 😐😐 Great👍
