I am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience. I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed. After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend. In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness. Thank you brother. The front desk wanted to upgrade a room in the off-season. There was a team to stay. I still wanted to be quiet. Aershan is a European-style building. The unique loft style is available. The space is OK. I live alone. It is clean, quiet and I am more used to it.

The advantage of off-season travel is that the boss takes the initiative to upgrade the room, and the service attitude is very good, will help take the luggage upstairs, the needs can be met as much as possible. The appearance of the hotel does not look very new, but the inside is very clean and hygienic, spend the least money, live in the most comfortable hotel, it is recommended!

Overall, it's ok to live. The room was very clean and quite spacious for 4 adults. Breakfast is 10 yuan per person opposite. It's relatively simple. If you go early, you'll be late and you won't have anything to eat. Disadvantages: The toilet is small, the water heater has a small water storage capacity, and the hot water is gone before the water temperature is adjusted. The faucet in the sink was not fixed and difficult to use. The room for 5 people was only given 3 pairs of slippers and 3 sets of disposable items, and the attitude was very bad when asking for them. Because we arrived after dark, the staff opened the door and left. My family and I went out again in the evening. When we came back after 11 o'clock, we went to the front desk to find the key. I was told that I had to pay a 100 deposit to get the key. The two staff members didn't tell me when I checked in. They would have given me the check-in earlier, so I wouldn't have gone around looking for someone to open the door in the middle of the night.

The owner and her family are really great. The room was neat and clean, and since we arrived early, we were able to pick a room with a mountain view outside the window. We originally planned to stay for two nights, but due to an urgent family matter, we had to check out a day early. The owner processed our refund without any fuss, which we really appreciate.

I drove all the way and saw many hotels in Aershan. It was generally a long time ago. The facilities could not keep up with the old ones, and the hygiene was not good. But the overall experience of this house really exceeded expectations! ! It seems to be newly opened last year, the facilities are very new, the sanitation is also in place, it is very recommended, it is really a difficult hotel in the mountainous area. The mountain in May has also started to be green, and the scenic area experience is very good. The boss and staff were very enthusiastic. I found that the box was broken in the early morning. I asked if there were tools at the front desk. I was very patient and enthusiastic to solve it! ! Parking at the door is suitable for self-driving parties. It is a very comfortable stay. I really recommend it.

The cabin has a strategic location, with the Pudong River right outside the window (see Figure 6). It only takes a few minutes to walk to the Pudong River and more than ten minutes to the Tianchi Transfer Center. The boss is very enthusiastic. In order not to delay your play time, he will help you pick up your travel bag from the transfer center, so that you can directly board the transfer bus and play. I didn't feel damp in the cabin. It was quite wonderful to fall asleep listening to the sound of the river water! This beef hot pot is a set meal, starting price is 168, it contains steak, and it tastes pretty good.
