Arxan Hotels with Gym

I booked this hotel because the reviews said it was the best, and the photos looked good. As soon as we arrived and the car stopped, the front desk and security staff immediately came to help with our luggage. The check-in process was very smooth. The room facilities were exactly as shown in the online photos, everything you need was there, and the overall space was quite large and comfortable. There's a supermarket and many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, which is very convenient. There's also a large grassland nearby where you can see many cattle and horses. The hotel breakfast had a good variety of vegetables, which was great for someone like me who loves to eat greens. Finally, I have to mention that the front desk and security staff provided excellent service. Every time we entered or left the hotel, the security guard would help pull back the curtain, and the front desk staff would politely greet us. When we checked out, both the front desk and security staff helped carry our luggage to the car. Top-notch service, definitely five stars!

Not sure why there aren't many good hotels in Arxan city... While the area has hot springs, very few hotels actually offer bathtubs for soaking. Arxan Hotel is a government guesthouse. I chose a suite because it had a huge bathtub. The suite was very spacious, just a bit old-fashioned in its decor. However, the cleanliness and everything else were perfectly fine. After a day out at Arxan National Forest Park, a night soak in the tub was incredibly relaxing. I think the overall conditions, hygiene, and service here are much more reliable than other local hotels.

The stay experience was particularly good, focusing on praise Manager Cao! The service is warm and thoughtful, friendly and patient, efficient and meticulous communication, and help coordinate and solve problems as soon as possible. Things are intimate and reliable, and many practical suggestions are given throughout the whole process, which makes people feel very at ease. The overall stay is very comfortable, the room is clean, there is a parking lot for parking, the breakfast is also very delicious, the meticulous service is impressive, the next stay will be preferred, highly recommended!
