"Our stay far exceeded expectations! The location is right in the heart of the hot spring town, and it's incredibly convenient if you're driving, with free parking and EV charging stations. It's close to Wuli Spring and the Forest Park. The room itself is spacious, newly renovated in 2022, and features smart controls. It was spotlessly clean, with no overlooked corners. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were very patient and proactively explained the scenic routes around Arxan. They even helped us arrange a taxi, providing a truly thoughtful, concierge-like service. Plus, they have self-service laundry and dryers, which is a lifesaver for long trips."

"This is one of the better hotels in the city center, offering excellent value for money. Just a heads-up: the king-size rooms don't have mountain views. I initially booked a king-size room that was advertised as having a mountain view, and they even told me they'd upgraded me. But when I checked in, the mountain view was completely obscured, only visible from the side. When I asked the front desk to switch to a mountain-view room, they informed me that only twin rooms offered mountain views, not king-size. I ended up changing to a twin room; since there was no child safety rail, we just pushed the two beds together to make a large bed, which worked out fine. They didn't have any step stools for kids to reach the sink, which was a bit inconvenient for parents with young children. The faucets were old-fashioned, with separate hot and cold taps, making it easy to get scalded. On the bright side, the bottled water was local Arxan water, which was very sweet and delicious. The mattress firmness was good, not overly soft. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, but I witnessed a staff member putting uneaten cherry tomatoes from a customer's plate directly back into the fruit bowl. That really put me off. Even if they just took it to the kitchen and put it back without washing, it would have been better. But it really should be washed, what if the previous person had an infectious disease? There's a coffee machine with freshly ground coffee. The beans aren't great, but it's much better than instant coffee made with non-dairy creamer. The location is excellent, and the service at the main entrance is fantastic. They proactively helped with luggage, but parking was tight. I had to park in front of the supermarket next door at night. There's a beautiful pumpkin carriage (for decoration) by the entrance, perfect for photos."

There are cute sika deer in the yard of the hotel. You can take pictures at close range. The deer is super docile. The filming rate is absolutely perfect. Friends who drive by themselves don’t have to worry. There is also a charging pile in the parking lot in the yard. Parking is charged in one step. It’s so worry-free! His own restaurant is an authentic Northeast cauldron of dishes. The boss is particularly enthusiastic and the service is thoughtful and caring. There is also coffee for sale. At night, you can see the stars when you look up, and the atmosphere is directly full. There is no bottled drinking water in the room, there is no air conditioning (should not be used in summer), and there is no heating. I asked the landlady and she said there were electric blankets, but I didn't find any. It snowed and cooled down the day we stayed, so it was still a bit cold.
