"The room was very clean, and all the staff were very welcoming. The security guard at the door even offered to help with my luggage. Just let the front desk know if you need anything, and they'll usually help you get it. It was a very good stay, except there were so many insects in the summer. Although the front desk provided mosquito repellent, there were still so many that it was impossible to keep up with the sheer number. If you're planning a trip, it's a good idea to bring your own mosquito repellent beforehand."

"The room is clean and sanitary, the environment is beyond expectation, the style is artistic, and the boss is enthusiastic. I was lucky to taste the birch sap that the boss's friend just brought from the mountains. It was my first time to drink it. It was refreshing and sweet, and it relieved the fatigue of the journey. Friends who like poetry and distant places are most suitable to come here in this season. The experience of off-peak travel is super good. By the way, the Arshan Scenic Area will be open for free for one day on May 19th, so hurry up and take the green train."

If you need help organizing your trip, you can fully rely on the hotel team – simply fantastic. The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is located right by the riverside promenade and close to the city center. There’s nothing better than strolling back to the hotel after an iced hotpot, across the town square and along the river – highly recommended! "When you come to Arshan, you must stay at the St. Petersburg Hotel. From the moment you enter the parking lot, the security guard helps you with your luggage, and Anna at the front desk helps you check in. She is very welcoming, the view is great, the room is very clean, and the breakfast has more than 100 styles. The entrance of the hotel is also a must-see and photo-taking view in Arshan. "Arxan is truly a tourist city, and it feels like there's a hotel on every corner. This one stands out with its castle-like exterior and a truly grand lobby. The surroundings are fantastic; there's a beautiful riverside trail right behind the hotel. Our room was fully equipped, clean, and comfortable, and the service was absolutely excellent. The breakfast had a great variety and everything was delicious. Parking was also very convenient."

"I'm totally hooked! The hotel offers a private hot spring experience, including a forest hot spring pool where you can immerse yourself in the woods. The sauna complements the luxurious atmosphere perfectly. The service is incredibly attentive; the front desk is efficient, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are bright, clean, and luxuriously decorated with soft bedding – a truly comfortable stay. "Very comfortable hotel ~ large windows, sufficient heating, and a humidifier. Worth living. The restaurant downstairs is also delicious. On the right hand side of the hotel, turn right again and there is a noodle restaurant that is delicious (as shown in the picture, we ordered dishes ~ the supermarket is also convenient)"

"What a relaxing stay! Everyone should definitely check out this hotel!!! The service was exceptionally good. When we two little girls checked in, the staff carried our luggage to our room, and when we checked out, they even took our suitcases to our taxi. They also gave us complimentary fruit and snacks upon check-in. The hotel's location is great too, only a 3-minute drive from the station, and there are plenty of restaurants within a kilometer. We stayed in a tatami room with heating, and the room was very clean. It's a shame I didn't take any pictures of the room—the view of the snow outside the window was amazing! This is the first time I've written such a long review; it's all from the bottom of my heart. The hotel was fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! Also!! Arxan is truly beautiful, and the people here are incredibly welcoming. When we went to eat at a restaurant specializing in iron pot stew, the owner even drove us there and back—we were genuinely touched."

"It's a romantic little house by the river. Arxan is small, so staying here makes it convenient to go anywhere. Stepping outside reveals the most beautiful scenery in the entire town. The owner was very kind and even upgraded us to a river-view room. The room had a polygonal bay window where sunlight streamed in. Sitting there, drinking tea, and daydreaming was so pleasant! I wanted to stay another night, but unfortunately, it was fully booked. Upon check-out, the owner even gave us a complimentary hot coffee – so thoughtful! The room had a few minor flaws, but with my perfect mood, they were negligible."

"Parking is convenient, it feels like staying in a small Swiss hotel. There is a tourist trail about 100 meters away. The room is very clean. The hand sanitizer is authentic. There are three sockets at the bedside, and two people can charge at the same time. I stayed for two days. They would not come in to clean before checking out, but they would knock on the door outside to ask if it needs cleaning, which is very humane."
