## Facilities: The room was very comfortable to stay in with excellent soundproofing. The duvet was warm, and there was heating and an electric heated mattress pad, though we didn't need the latter given the current weather – the duvet alone was almost too warm. There were also bottled waters available in the hallway, which was very convenient; you could just grab one if you needed a drink. ## Cleanliness: Everything was very clean. The toiletries, bedding, and bath towels were all spotless and comfortable to use. ## Environment: Very clean. The bathroom had disposable toilet seat covers and individually wrapped disposable paper cups, which made us feel very reassured. The room was quite spacious, and it was very close to the snack street in the city center, about a 5-minute walk. Parking was convenient with spots right downstairs, and we could see our car from the room. ## Service: The landlady was very enthusiastic and kind. She helped us with our luggage and clearly explained the travel routes and how to best explore Arxan. She also recommended a local specialty, 'ice-boiled lamb,' which was quite delicious, though the portion was huge!

As the last stop of our Hulunbuir trip, this guesthouse absolutely exceeded our expectations! The owner was incredibly welcoming and even upgraded our room. The room itself was designed in a wabi-sabi style, with smart home features throughout, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. We slept so well, it truly rivaled many high-end hotels. Before we left, the owner even gave us a small gift. If we ever come back to Arxan, we will definitely choose to stay here again!

The hotel has just opened, the facilities are brand new, the room is equipped with intelligent guest control, the bathroom is dry and wet, the whole house is clean and tidy, the stay is very comfortable, and it is very convenient to drive over and park. The boss is very hospitable and takes the initiative to communicate with us about the follow-up itinerary. Knowing that we originally planned to go counterclockwise from Hailar, Genhe, Mordaga, and Montenegro to Manzhouli, and then to the three provinces in the northeast, we intimately gave a very practical route suggestion, recommend us to go to Manzhouli clockwise first, all the way north through Mordaga to Mohe and then into the three provinces in the east. , the itinerary will be more smooth.
