"As a Huazhu member, I always prioritize Atour hotels whenever I travel, and this trip to Tibet was no exception. I chose this Atour hotel again, and its location is fantastic. It's just a few minutes' walk to Barkhor Street, and you can even see the Potala Palace from the window. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. They even upgraded my room for free and gave me complimentary breakfast – kudos to the front desk! The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. The room had air conditioning and an oxygen supply, plus free late-night snacks. There were also complimentary drinks and mineral water in the room, and a free self-service laundry room, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this Atour hotel to anyone visiting Lhasa, Tibet, and I want to extend another big thank you to the front desk staff for their warm service!"

"The hotel has a good environment. It is very close to the Jokhang Temple and the Potala Palace. It is only a short walk away. It is quiet at night and the breakfast is very good. It is my favorite hotel in Lhasa. The hotel service is very good, all check-in details are clearly explained, and if there are any changes, please contact us in advance. The facilities are a bit old but well maintained. The lights in the elevator are a bit dim and you can't see the buttons clearly. It is recommended to use a more powerful light."

"When you step into the door of Fengma Feiyang, the rich and warm front desk environment and Sister Fang's enthusiasm make you feel very friendly. The B&B has a total of three floors. The ivy trees in the courtyard on the first floor are scattered around, giving a sense of tranquility accumulated over time. Although the peach and apple trees in winter are still waiting for their sprouts to sprout, sitting in the courtyard is like the feeling of my hometown in my memory, warm and cozy. harmonious. Anonymous UserI absolutely love Farly Hotel. The staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, are incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel offers a wide range of activities, like spinning prayer wheels and performing sang offerings. I particularly recommend the evening sound bath experience and the morning Pilates. The instructor's stretching exercises really helped improve my posture. I also woke up early to watch the sunrise, but there's a mountain to the east of Farly, so the sun actually appears about 45 minutes after the official sunrise time. Still, it was a beautiful sight.

A very unique and beautiful hotel.
The rooms are spacious with 24-hour underfloor heating (the temperature is adjustable, so you can adjust it to your comfort). The bathroom is also spacious with a separate wet and dry area (though it doesn't have underfloor heating, which is a minor drawback).
The view from the rooms is the most beautiful part; you can take amazing photos just by sitting outside the room, far more beautiful than strolling through Barkhor Street.
The traditional kitchen on the first floor also greatly exceeded my expectations. The food was exquisite, and the service was top-notch; it would be a popular restaurant even in a first-tier coastal city.

AnxiaoyaaxyThis was the most pleasant stay I've ever had in Lhasa, and I have to give The Posh Hotel full marks! Its location in the heart of the old city is fantastic – it's quiet yet lively. Step out, and you're right in the bustling Barkhor Street, experiencing local life. All the main attractions are within walking distance, so there's no need to hassle with taxis, which is a huge convenience.
The hotel's exclusive observation deck is also a perfect spot for photos. The diffused oxygen supply in every room is a godsend for travelers coming to high altitudes; it's gentle and quiet. Coupled with the floor heating throughout the room, I experienced no chest tightness or altitude sickness upon arrival and slept soundly until morning.
The room amenities are on par with five-star hotels: zero-pressure mattresses, smart toilets, and meticulous cleaning. The service is an added bonus. Upon check-in, they thoughtfully provided Rhodiola tea and a complimentary sweet tremella soup for bedtime. There's also free self-service laundry with drying facilities. The front desk staff were warm and patient. From the environment, views, and amenities to the thoughtful service, everything was top-notch, offering far better value for money than other hotels at a similar price point. If you're coming to Lhasa, just book this place without hesitation. I even booked it again for my return trip.

With every proactive greeting and meticulous action, he transformed the phrase “feeling at home” into a heartwarming reality. The best service is when guests forget they are being “served.” With Robert, I witnessed the pinnacle of hotel service: not making guests feel deliberately “cared for,” but rather, through natural kindness, having every need met silently. His every initiative, every “Okay, I’ll arrange it for you right away,” conveyed the same message: Here, you don't have to be a “guest,” just be “yourself.” The Shangri-La Hotel shines because of employees like him, and the industry is warmed by professionals like him. May this subtle light illuminate the journeys of more people, making every arrival a reunion worth looking forward to. I will definitely choose Shangri-La Hotel again for my next stay!

There are menus of various restaurants in the inn, which can be delivered directly to the inn. Can you also be hungry? It will be delivered to the garden on the second floor. The rooms are clean and tidy, including the public areas. The inn has an elevator. After the check-in, the boss will still help to send the luggage to the room. Very satisfied with everything, the best is the customer service, always answer all questions.
Buy an oxygen tube for RMB 10/piece, and you can arrange an oxygen machine at the lobby bar to provide free oxygen.
There were sanitary defects, cigarette butts were found, we don't smoke as a family, but it was acceptable, the sprinkler pipe leaked, and the water pressure increased after cleaning.
Everything was cured by the warm customer service.

The guesthouse was very clean and hygienic, and I loved the style. We came with friends, and they upgraded our room. Sitting on the terrace, looking up at Danjielin Temple was truly breathtaking. The courtyard was beautifully decorated with many plants. The housekeeping staff and the young men and women at the front desk were very friendly. Most importantly, it's only a three-to-five-minute walk to Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, and there are many good restaurants nearby. I'll definitely come back next time.
