"The hotel has a great location, not far from the Potala Palace, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and equipped with humidifiers, air conditioning, and oxygen generators, with comfortable temperature and humidity. I especially loved the hotel breakfast; while the variety wasn't huge, it was very refined and delicious, including my favorite tofu pudding and perfectly cooked white porridge. I even extended my stay for another night because of it. During this trip to Lhasa, I stayed in a Tibetan-style guesthouse, and Atour Hotel was definitely the best value for money."

The airport pickup service was punctual and attentive. The driver was calm and professional, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey. Throughout our trip, the hotel arranged a dedicated driver to take us to Jokhang Temple and Potala Palace. The routes were well-planned, the driving was steady, and he waited patiently, allowing us to easily visit these sacred sites without any worries. I must give special praise to our butler, Zhixi. His service was incredibly meticulous and he anticipated our every need. From guiding us during check-in and offering itinerary suggestions to providing tips for high altitude, he followed up attentively throughout, always responsive to our requests. He handled every small detail with such care and thoughtfulness, making us feel completely at ease. The dining experience at the restaurant was excellent. The dishes were varied, delicious, and of high quality. A special thanks to Dekyi Wangmo for her exceptional care. Her service was warm and attentive; she proactively anticipated our needs, from taking orders to refilling tea and providing thoughtful details. The dining atmosphere was cozy and pleasant, and we enjoyed every meal thoroughly. This was especially helpful for us who experienced some altitude sickness. Standard hotel services were also top-notch. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were humble, courteous, and responded quickly. Whether it was helping with facilities, addressing requests, or providing temporary assistance, they were efficient and warm, truly making us feel at home. "Traveling with a group, we booked two twin rooms and one king room at the Lhasa Chunqiu Oxygen Hotel. The overall experience far exceeded our expectations, and I just had to write a glowing review. The hotel is located in the heart of Lhasa's city center, very close to all the popular attractions, saving us a lot of travel time and making getting around incredibly efficient. All three room types are well-designed and functional. The twin rooms are perfect for friends traveling together, while the king room is ideal for those who prioritize a good night's sleep. All rooms are equipped with oxygen supply and humidifiers, specifically designed to combat the dry, high-altitude environment. We slept exceptionally well every night and experienced absolutely no altitude sickness. The hotel maintains strict hygiene standards; hallways, guest rooms, and the restaurant are cleaned and disinfected daily, ensuring a fresh and clean environment. The service team is warm and attentive. Upon check-in, they thoughtfully explained how to use the oxygen and appliances, and daily housekeeping always replenished bottled water and snacks. Breakfast offered a good balance of meat and vegetables, with both ******* and Western options, satisfying everyone's dietary preferences. The hotel's overall ambiance is tranquil and elegant, a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. "This was the worst hotel experience of our entire Yunnan-Tibet trip. The room itself was decent, and you could see the Potala Palace from afar. The sofa bed was also free to use. However, upon checking in, we found bugs in the complimentary fruit platter. After contacting the front desk, we still had to go find staff to come and deal with it ourselves – a whole bunch of bugs, which was really off-putting. The diffused oxygen supply was time-limited and couldn't be turned on whenever needed, which is problematic when you encounter sudden altitude sickness during high-altitude travel. Luckily, we stayed healthy throughout our trip. The laundry and drying service was ineffective; our clothes were still damp when we got them back. On a positive note, one front desk staff member was excellent. After hearing our clothes were damp, he proactively offered to help hang them out to dry, and his attitude was very good. While the facilities were acceptable, the supporting services really fell short. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone sensitive to altitude sickness."

"This hotel is very close to the scenic spots, and it is convenient for travel. The facilities are a bit old, but quite clean. We arrived yesterday afternoon, and the waiter took the initiative to help us deliver the suitcases to the room. After arriving in the room, he immediately turned on the air conditioner and oxygen machine. I had a bit of altitude sickness after getting off the train. Thank you for your thoughtful service. I also received a small gift - a bracelet - when I checked out today. I will patronize next time."
