"We booked a 38-square-meter family room, but stayed in a 10-square-meter room. The inn didn't have an elevator, and climbing up was a bit of a struggle for us, a 70-year-old. The bathroom didn't have a toilet, just a squat toilet, and getting up after squatting was a struggle. Showering was done with the toilet lid on top, which was tiny. The shower head couldn't be adjusted, so we had to hold it up with our hands to wash. We had originally planned to stay and not move, but had no choice but to find another hotel. This one listed online as 25 square meters, but it was more than double the 38-square-meter size! I wish all businesses would operate with integrity."

"Initially booked a deluxe queen suite and Trip.com / hotel confirmed we could add a single bed. Upon arrival, hotel said they couldn't and changed us to a family suite even though they have rollaway beds available and the deluxe queen suite had ample space.
Room: Family suite is spacious but A/C took very long to warm up the room. Bathroom is open concept with clothing rack situated outside the shower closet which makes it inconvenient to dress/undress.
Breakfast buffet has a decent selection of Chinese dishes including a noodle station.
Location: Hotel is ＜10 min drive from train station and old town area which is quite convenient considering that most of the hotels that are walking distance from the old town are dated and undermaintained."

GGuest User入住前向房東請教入住事宜，房東耐心地提醒各注意事項外，還貼心地建議下車後如何打的，如何旅行，，，，連就餐如何物美價廉都貼心建議。最讓我們感動的是我們訂了二天房間，過了中午12點，要退房，房東建議把我們行李免費放在其親友處，一直到晚上八點我們到他那兒取行李時不但分文不取，連我們答謝的小心意都不收。
房間整潔，每天都有打掃，被子軟乎乎的，暖和。
環境優雅，安靜，推開窗户就能看到古城夜靜。

Because the hotel facilities are very general, but it’s very comfortable to sleep and get up early. The whole quality is very good. TTom FuzerNice hotel, right in the most attractive part of Taining town. It's a few minutes walk from the historic district, right on the river front. Easy access also to get to the natural scenic areas of the region. The hotel itself is nice, clean, well-maintained. The room is spacious and has modern features. The staff is very helpful, they do their best to accommodate a laowai customer. The only critique I have that is true for the vast majority of the hotels in China that the breakfast isn't exactly attractive for foreigners. One can of course eat Chinese breakfast with steamed buns and spicy soups and things like that most of the time, but occasionally I wouldn't mind to have a western style option available too. In a four star hotel I would expect this to be on the menu
