"It is a courtyard residence, a family hotel with local characteristics. It is very close to the small blue door. In the ancient city, the entire hotel has only five rooms. The suite I booked on the second floor is very large, with a large bed and two small rooms. Beds, sofas, toilets and bathrooms are relatively small, and the entire ancient city can be seen from the roof on the third floor. The scenery is good. The breakfast is well prepared, and the price is not expensive, which is not bad. By the way, everyone remembers to bring slippers and toothbrushes and toothpaste when you go to Morocco. Basically, the hotel does not provide these."

"My stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager. We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay. Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day. At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring. What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here."
