Close to everything, it's clean and there's hot water. A swimming pool and cats outside.
The only drawback is reception and check-in, you have to wait because there is never anyone there and it can be long because there is no response to calls and messages.

Quiet location within walking distance of many nice restaurants, shops and the beach. Friendly staff and clean rooms with a choice of AC or fan. Lovely swimming pool and beautiful garden. Supermarket and Laundry service on the street corner and free WiFi
