A cosy hotel with great view. But the down side is our room and a leaked that soaked my girlfriend's luggage without us knowing. After informing they still didn't check the room.
But overall it is still a great comfortable stay with amazing views and super clean room.

Great view of the mountains especially on the rooftop infinity pool with a sunken bar and the pool is fitted with heaters to keep the pool warm especially being in the high altitudes. A draw back is, the room doesn’t have air-conditioners but it’s fitted with a ceiling fan. Overall, it’s always cool up there so it’s good enough. Not sure during summer how it’ll be. Another draw back: it’s weird that you need the keys to lock the main door even from inside! This needs to be addressed especially when 1 needs to step out, the other partner cannot sleep peacefully.
It’s a new development with much to improve on. Overall, it was a great experience with beautiful rooms and panoramic views for the sunrise!
Lastly, the highlight would be the food!! They chef is excellent! Im sure he’s a Michelin! All the food we had was really good! Perfect scramble eggs and omelette done without overcooking, hence, a creamy texture and yummy!

The only electrical appliance in the room is a light, no TV, and no air conditioning. When you open the balcony door, a lot of flies, spiders, flying insects will come in... The spider is so big that I dare not step on it with my feet.
The floor of the bathtub was very slippery, and my husband fell to his knees...
The scenery is pretty good, but the price/performance ratio is average.

We stayed for two nights and had two rooms facing the stunning lake of Kintamani. Unfortunately, the room was quite bare; other than the bed, console table, an arm chair and coffee table, it didn't provide chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view. We asked for chairs but they were not available. The jacuzzy located outside the room didn't look clean either. Breakfast area was great for sunrise viewing, and the food was alight. I had egg benedict and balinese coffee. Overall, I felt the hotel was over-priced.

Great location in Kintamani. Sunsets are better from your own balcony or the rooftop pool then at the restaurants up on the ridge. Beds are super comfy and the room has all you need, other than maybe a small fridge. Meals here were all great, other than the steak. Photo is from the balcony bath

INCROYABLE !!!!!! Super hôtel avec une vue de folie sur le mont et le lac Batur ! La chambre est très moderne avec de beaux matériaux. Il y a 2 bâtiments : dans le premier il y a le spa, le O Club restaurant sur 2 étages et sur le toit une minuscule piscine. Dans le deuxième il y a, sur le toit, le O Club bar, une grande piscine à débordement avec un petit bar flottant. Seuls petits bémols : il y a ÉNORMÉMENT de mouches, et l’insonorisation est inexistante (comme en réalité dans à peu près tous les hôtels à Bali). Nous avons passé une extraordinaire nuit dans notre chambre avec vue à 360 degrés sur les volcans. C’est pour l’instant le meilleur hôtel que nous avons fait à Bali.
