Fine Bungalow accommodation in the travel fields. The reception staff are very nice and willing to ask questions and wishes. Our spontaneous transfer requested after Check Out could only arrive in an hour until then we were allowed to continue using our room. The pool and the rooms are very clean and modern. There are good restaurants near (with motorrollers).

It is well located on the main road which leads to the beach directly. Surrounded by many restaurants and clothing shops. Easy check in and out. The staff is super polite and friendly. The place is clean and has a nice hot shower plus amenities for the room, well equipped with hangers and a safety deposit box. The only thing was that it's a bit noisy from the street. But the room had a balcony and great view of the ocean from a distance.

We stayed at Dream Village for a week and have mixed feelings about it. Pros: - Pool bar area is great for chilling during the day and night with a great view over Canguu. - Staff are really friendly - Quiet location although rooms have quite thin walls so you can hear other guests walking past the room and even in their own rooms. When the room next to you or above you has the shower on or flushes the toilet, you’ll know. - Relatively clean but some parts not very good. - Room is big - Great air con - Wifi has very good signal - Beds are very comfortable Cons: - Shower broke (fell off the wall) first day and still wasn’t fixed until day 5. Still usable but not very practical. - No hand soap anywhere across the hotel. I asked at reception for some and was told “we don’t have any. We just use shower gel.” I found this to be very concerning especially after COVID and by the fact that this also means that’s it’s unlikely the chefs use actual hand soap either. We bought our own to use. - Location a bit far out from things so you need a scooter or taxi to get to the main part of town/beach. - Dirty pillowcases and sheets - No balcony in rooms so can’t dry anything - Windows in room don’t open - Could do with a spruce up - a bit run down. - Breakfast is not great. Not much selection and some of the food doesn’t look very appetising. Orange juice is watered down, there is one type of cereal for kids, milk is warm, everything is covered with cling film because of the flies… Luckily there are some nice places nearby to visit. There also needs to be more breakfast type foods rather than carbonara and teriyaki chicken. A few things need to be improved here as it has the foundations to be a great hotel but I wouldn’t stay here again.

This place was absolutely amazing!! I’m so glad I chose to stay here. It was super clean and had the most friendly and bubbliest crew there!! It was off the main touristy location and was in a quiet area that had an ATM and little supermarket next door. Security was on point and would check the cars when we dropped back for anything we may have left behind, or they would take a pic of the cars number plate when we were picked up by transport.

Over all the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is right of the heart in Kuta Centre, Central Kuta Park is ideal. But don't shock if you have to pay many times of the parking fee because the hotel doesn't have any cooperation with the parking system around there, if you make it to stay at the hotel in the next door. They have included the parking fee for that hotel. Every day Kuta Hotel doesn't have that privilege, so you MUST pay extra for the parking fee! Room is basic, and ok. clean? as I have experience in 1217 room there were many stains and dirty on the bed sheets, the window isn't clean, and when you look outside. There was a dead mouse just right at the front. don't shock if the smells would be all around. The bathroom is ok, will take 2 minutes to get a hot shower, you need to re-setup again as it wasn't a warm shower but super-hot water. the drainage is clogging, you'll have a flooded floor because of it. and it will take few minutes to let them go. That was my experience staying at Every day, maybe you will have a different and good experience. I booked for Room Only as I leave super early for my flight, so I wasn't experiencing a breakfast as I don't book it as well. Will consider tor returning. not promise!

I was looking for a place to stay in Bali Dempensar and I come across with this vila accomodation. I was arrived very late than I was meant to but all was sorted out by a very competitive staff and comunicate to me all the way. I was so please and stay a extra day. Its located in very good position and its so beautiful and very good care of it . I was feeling so good that I already highly recomended to sevral member of family and friends Many Thanks

What to say about this little Episode?...Well, it's quiet and peaceful and currently being renovated (with little disruption, it has to be said)... it's on the wrong side of the highway, so unless you want to dice with death, you need to bike or cab everywhere...the architecture is bizarre...form over function with a pool plonked in the middle...and rooms that really needed to be about 50% bigger for anyone who wants to properly swing a feline. Breakfast, robust and solid...especially if you're Asian...staff, obliging and attentive...a gym that's seen better days... an always empty restaurant that serves nice local food at a reasonable price...a big mega mall behind that's accessible from the hotel... and a booze-and-snack-filled minimart next door. What to say? ... it's nice. It's fine. It's a bit soulless and not very Bali...you can probably do better, but if you can't, it's grand.

Dripz Coffee under the actual Eden Hotel provides great coffee plus meals, snacks etc. Friendly and helpful staff!! We have had many breakfasts at Eden Hotel - very nice and great value!! We had American breakfast, and there is also an option of a buffet breakfast. Thank you to many helpful staff including Juni, Ari Arum and Satria from Dripz Coffee.

We got the clue about Menzelejepun Villa by chance. However, it is a very nice ambience, you are living in the heart of centre near everything (Denpasar, Sanur beach etc.) and even though you are hidden in a beautiful calm oasis without noise. Owners Patrick and Dewy and all the hotel stuff are very nice, friendly people, always here for you. If you need something, don't hesitate to ask them. They will help you with everything. Stayment here was better than we expected. I only hope more people would get to know about this hidden paradise because it really deserves to be discovered. I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service).
