"Hi Initially I thought it is definitely a luxury homestay And it is really luxury But..... Our experience was different 1. Vipul said when we took luggages, for welcome drink kokam sarbat, there was no person to take our luggages and he said it is self service. 2. 5 pm when the light went, one person was saying that they had lights untill 7 pm, but vipul said light were already gone by 5pm, and it was really bad luck for us, that we didn't even tried to enjoy the luxury at its best. 3. I asked for lunch or snacks or dinner for which vipul said, it was becoz of shortage of cooking staff and and hence he didn't took any orders for lunch or dinner, rather we had to spend outside. 4. The msg stated that lunch dinner shud be informed in advance but what happened is, lahaaan mulaa asti tar kay kele aste Amhi kay market la jaun anle aste ka kahi lagle tar. 5. Ratri water for drinking support kahich nahi 6. Koni servant nahi 7. Paani anghol la sampley 8. Paying just for sleeping, every one was literally saying that we shud shift to west bay and rather not pay a dime here. 9. Battery backup was drained 10. 12 bed rooms you people are doing business with and can't even afford a generator or DG set which could really help people. 11. Kokan as I know, any heavy rains will kill the lights for 12hrs or more, and in this situation you people shud have made provisions for DG set-up for sure. I will again say, rest we all enjoyed except staying at the property which was a night mare. Thanks but if u can really control the attitude of Vipul the host, we all would be highly obliged. "Approach road ( 3kms approx ) is very bad , no street light till u reach hotel . Rooms are good , lifts hardly working. but No room service .Property is poorly maintained . could have been lot better. View from higher floors hill side facing , very good. Restaurant is situated 200 metres away from hotel. Has limited *** power. Completely unorganised . Cold food . Construction going near restaurant area ( will take another few months to complete ) . They have put board that Resort is closed for renovation but who will miss the new year business. let the tourist suffer :-) . Turf is there , can play badminton in that . Too short for cricket. carrom , chess , TT - Good Frequent power cuts. Good for digital Detox. Think wisely before going with very small kids or senior citizen. Food is very expensive on alacarte. Instead go to market ( hotel veg world ) . Tasty , hot and cheaper food. Food bill when ate in hotel 12k , when ate o/side 7k for 25 people. ( mix of veg non veg ) Travelled with group for 3 nights 25th Dec 25."
