"Our trip to Dapoli was a completely last-minute decision — an 11th-hour plan without any prior booking. The drive from Pune to Dapoli itself was wonderful and very refreshing. We stayed at The Fern by Marriott, Dapoli, and it turned out to be a great choice. The hotel has a beautiful ambience, very clean rooms, and a pleasant atmosphere overall. During our stay, the staff had arranged a Holi celebration ***** with a special Konkani food festival at the restaurant, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A special mention for Ms. Pooja from the reception team, who organised a bird-watching trail for us. She took us to a very peaceful and dense forest trail where we could observe different birds. She explained the names and sounds of the birds very well, making the experience both educational and memorable. Overall, it was a lovely and memorable stay. We would definitely like to visit The Fern, Dapoli again."

Rooms are good , lifts hardly working. but No room service .Property is poorly maintained . could have been lot better. View from higher floors hill side facing , very good. Restaurant is situated 200 metres away from hotel. Has limited *** power. Completely unorganised . Cold food . Construction going near restaurant area ( will take another few months to complete ) . They have put board that Resort is closed for renovation but who will miss the new year business. let the tourist suffer :-) . Turf is there , can play badminton in that . Too short for cricket. carrom , chess , TT - Good Frequent power cuts. Good for digital Detox. Think wisely before going with very small kids or senior citizen. Food is very expensive on alacarte. Instead go to market ( hotel veg world ) . Tasty , hot and cheaper food. Food bill when ate in hotel 12k , when ate o/side 7k for 25 people. ( mix of veg non veg ) Travelled with group for 3 nights 25th Dec 25."

In the scorching heat of may also, the room felt cool without AC. Adventure activities and indoor games available for kids which is a plus point. The food is super delicious, fish was fresh all the time we ate. Reena tai was on the live counter and made delicious konkani dishes for breakfast.. all the staff was very polite, helpful, specially sohail, riya, niwas, krutika, tejashree, yash. We enjoyed our stay fully. Definitely want to come again in winter. Some insect exposure is expected, please carry repellents."

"The resort location is very beautiful, however lack of network was an issue. The resort provides wifi to solve that though. I had booked suites in the resort but the room condition was pretty bad and had to shift to regular room for which I was not compensated for. This is one thing I didn't like. The staff was courteous and the food was good. It's better to not waste money for suite if booking this resort, rest is fine."
