This was our second visit, planned especially around our daughter’s birthday, and the resort once again exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment from the moment we checked in. A heartfelt thanks to Pooja Ma’am, who handled our booking with warmth and care. We had requested just a couple of balloons to surprise our daughter, but Pooja Ma’am ***** with Swati and Suyog went above and beyond by beautifully decorating the room. Our daughter was overjoyed, and it made the celebration truly special for us. The hospitality across the property was exceptional, and the team ensured we felt welcomed throughout our stay. Thoughtful gestures like these, combined with the serene ambience and good food, make us want to return to Fern Samali again and again. Highly recommended for a memorable and heartfelt experience. "

"We stayed at this property over the Good Friday long weekend for two nights, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. After exploring several options around Dapoli, we discovered Chira and were drawn in by its lush, green surroundings. The photos and reviews set high expectations, but the reality exceeded them effortlessly. The place is even more beautiful in person, almost like stepping into a serene little forest retreat. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The outdoor seating in the chalets is a delightful addition, and the balconies in the Supreme rooms are equally charming. Despite being surrounded by dense greenery, the entire property is impeccably neat and well-kept. The staff deserves special appreciation. The kitchen and housekeeping teams are attentive, warm, and always ready to help with any request, big or small. The property manager, Mr. Mahesh, ensured everything we needed was taken care of promptly, and the chef, Mr. Vinod, served consistently delicious meals. We didn’t feel the need to dine outside even once, it truly felt like home. Traveling with a 3-year-old can sometimes be challenging, but our stay here was smooth and stress-free. Our child had a wonderful time exploring the property and enjoying the game room. We would highly recommend Chira to anyone visiting Dapoli and would absolutely love to return.
