The management failed to supply Room booked my tour agent. The staff behaviour was not good. Though my booking was up to 12 PM of 01/09/2024 but they asked on 31/08/2024 evening by 7 PM that when will u vaccate Room tomorrow. They were very particular about next days BN booking but they failed provide booked rooms even though I have done booking 15 days in advance.

hotel is not well maintained. welcomed by cockroach and foul smell with no proper ventilation. corridors cigarette smell prevailed due bad ventilation i think. better to take a below 1000rs room rather than going for this.
